Very warm and cozy environment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable trip to the snow. Staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay again.

The bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked, and was missing a bath mat on the cold tiled floor. However, upon requesting one, we had fresh towels and a bath mat when getting home that same day. Thank you.

Access to the slopes requires leaving extremely early on weekends (6:30am at the latest) so a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn't available until 6.45am. Room was clean and tidy, and the 24-hrs checkin process was excellent. Staff were brilliant - helpful and friendly.

Drying room space was a premium especially after a wet-ish day on the hill. Given that the kitchen wasn't available when we actually needed it, would have been nice to have a toaster or some bowls in the room. Cost of very basic 4-bunk room was approx the price of a King Suite at the Sydney Intercontinental Hotel, so not exactly budget accommodation, but given it's Jindabyne and mid-winter it's probably the best one can hope for.

Easy to access, microwave and fridge were excellent. Cheap at the beginning of the season.

The room was warm, it had a pleasant view. The shower was mostly very hot and functional, the rooms were quiet and tv was fine as well as kettle and teas. Tea range was excellent which we helped ourselves to from the kitchen/dining room. Common room/living space had big lounges, tv, fire and blankets which was great. Heating throughout the building was perfect, not too hot and yet not cold.

very small room, double bed was pretty hard, no table in room, breakfast only for $15 extra provided, lacked atmosphere/culture but was still pleasant enough. Having been here in the past when run by Germans they had a lot more atmosphere and decoration and a bustling European feel. This may improve over time but new owners are providing a different experience along the same lines but Asian food for dinner.

Was clean as, great family facilities! Disregard any negative reviews, the place is great! Awesome having a dafe drying room too.

Host and workers are welcoming and helpful. It's close to the town centre and also a short drive from the mountains. Tidy and clean room.

The room we were in was next to the public showers, which were noisy all night due to the water pipes in the walls whaling when someone was showering or using the water. Not too bad unless someone showers at 1am in the morning.

Great location, comfortable room and enjoyable downstairs areas.

The door was quite difficult to open/close as the top half was covering the door frame.

How clean it was, the super friendly staff and the facilities downstairs - pool table, chill room etc. I like how easy it was to go to the dry room too.

Rooms were a bit small for our liking. Sound proofing wasn’t very good so you could hear the peoples conversations next door. A bit pricey for what you get.
