What a magical stay we had. The family reacquainted ourselves with each other by the fire, and playing poker at the oversized family table. The house was beautifully warm during the winter nights, and we were met by the gentle horses each morning. Seriously beautiful!

There is not much you could not like about this place. Even the beds were super comfortable!

The location was beautiful and we got to see a lot of wildlife whilst there, horses, kangaroos, wallabies, rabbits and deer (not native but cute nonetheless)

We loved the fire place but felt the place was still cold despite it running!

Well kept cozy stone cottage. The cottage is well equiped and the perfect spot to enjoy nature and relax.

The bed is in a bit of a odd position and hard to get into and out off, but not a serious issue. Can just be an issue for older people.

Fireplace and scenery. Horses coming right up to property was fun.

More lighting in lounge room required. More instructions on access into property too.

I could take my dog with me. The cottage I stayed in was very comfortable and relaxing. The horses were beautiful. The hosts were very kind and helped solve an initial problem with the booking.

The cottage I ended up staying in was perfect, but the information on Booking.com wasn’t really specific or accurate enough for the cottage I had booked into which wasn’t suitable to my needs, so the hosts kindly accommodated a late change.

great big lounge room kitchen was huge and bedrooms are huge loved the fireplace heated whole lodge horse's roaming around stopped to be patted 8000mb free WiFi 1.tv and dvd player only given the man from snowy River 1 and 2 to watch wall mounted room heaters great for warming up room before going to bed would recommend staying there overall 8/10

driveway is dirt muddy and very slippery they did warn us beforehand lots of holes best suited for AWD OR 4X4 we were in an awd but still slid sideways at low speed this is dangerous and needs fixing both bathrooms had black mould on ceilings and some windows the BBQ was disgusting needed proper cleaning only able to lock screen doors but kept getting stuck no keys for locking other doors way to many light switches had to walk around inside of lodge to find what switch turned on what light

Very warm once fireplace lit. Large and modern. Excellent bathrooms. Great kitchen with everything needed. Excellent atmosphere around property.

Beds were uncomfortable. Most similar styles of accommodation have more pantry staples available. Firelight’s would be very helpful to get fireplace started.

Warmer heater Better instructions on using fireplace for people who have never used one eg. do you need to open a vent on it or use any of the knobs

Beautiful property, quiet, relaxing. The lodge was amazing - clean, spacious, modern, great view of the property. Was lovely to have the horses around and in view from the lodge. The owners were really helpful and communication was great and easy. Would definitely stay again.

The road in to the lodge was a little rough at times and as it had been raining prior to us arriving it was quite slippery/muddy in spots but dried up while we were there and became easier to drive on.

It is a beautiful cabin located in an amazing, scenic area. With a variety of different animals to see along the road down to the house.

We would of liked a bit more firewood supplied for the 5 nights.
