Spacious, sliding door meters from my car, very large bed, thick warm blankets. In house food, respectful and responsive staff

Air conditioner were weak at warming the room up. Apparently It was so cold that the heat pump was struggling. May be better off with a traditional style heater. They had a old heater that the motel cut the electricity to but didn't remove it from the room which made us confused wether it was broken or not.

This property was located in a very convenient spot that was a short drive to the shops while a short walk to the lake. Very laid back place and was quiet. Check in process was very easy.

Cleanness can very much improve in the room. Wifi didn’t work in the rooms, but did work in the restaurant area.

Spacious rooms, with bunk beds - great for families. The bathroom looks recently renovated, it's clean and large. There is a restaurant inside the hotel which is convenient. The location is good if you have a car, close to the town centre but in a quiet road.

The decor of the rooms is basic. If you don't have a car, the location is not good (the motel is on the edge of town, you will have a steep walk from town centre).

A good motel, quiet and really friendly staff that were readily available to assist us. A number of amenities there, including a ski drying room. I was quite satisfied and would definitely revisit.

About 2km from the centre of town, but nothing that can be done to address this. There is a direct footpath that goes to town.

The owner is very friendly and helpful, and just great to talk to. The overall atmosphere of the place was nice and the location (close to town but not in town) was ideal. The shower was impressive - hot water in about 2 seconds!

The gutter as you turn into the driveway is a terrible angle - a hell of a bump even if you approach it straight on and slow in an AWD. Although I really like the general feel of the place, I think it could use a little spruce. Just things like big screws used to tack things to the walls, and chipped paintwork, nothing big.

There is no breakfast. But we are here for ski, staff recon us to go to the nearby Woolies only 3-5 min drive away.

We selected a large family room , large bed and a bunk bed. However when we arrive there at midnight, receptionist ask us to pay extra for our kids, 8yo and 9yo…. So we paid extra $100/ night

The bathroom was very spacious and clean, although very cold. The beds were quite comfy too. The room was also very clean with clean towels and bathroom toileteries.

Considering what we paid for and what we got, I would not call it value for money. Only if we travelled as a big group to actually use the whole room of 8. I also do not think that 1 bathroom for 8 people in the room is enough.

The facilities provided are good and every basic in motel rooms is prepared very well.

The bathroom needs a shower curtain. No additional lock as it was broken.

easy access, room was comfortable enough and clean. Newish refurbed bathroom was great. It served its purpose. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Handy to have the pizza bar on site that serves more than just pizza.

one of the mattresses (one top bunk) was too old/thin to use - not even my child could sleep on it so we had to squish two onto a single bed. The room was pretty tight on space for one that offered to sleep 6 people and we missed being able to have a comfortable chair/lounge to at least sit on. Walls are not sound proof at all - we could hear every word that was said next door and above us. I'll be asking next time to make sure there isn't a school group booked at the same time - the squealing was a bit too much! No coat hangers provided in the room - glad we brought some otherwise hanging ski gear up to dry would have been an issue (the drying room at reception was available with hangers though)

The room was spacious and warm, the bathroom was clean (and the water temperature and pressure were great!), there is a drying room, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Good value for money during the winter season.

Sometimes I could hear guests in other rooms if they are walking heavily or moving winter sports equipment around. However, this was a very minor issue. The city centre is a bit of a walk if you don't have a car.
