Short trip to catch up.with family. Staff very good, extremely helpful. Didn't get to make use of facilities as too busy with family but all looked amazing.

My only complaint/issue is that the kitchen cupboard with crockery was far to high for me to reach the top shelf. I am of average height but I needed a chair or steps to get to the cups and glasses. That is not good if you have any disability and certainly not a risk I was willing to take. I managed to get 1 glass from the cupboard with the use of my walking stick! Perhaps a small tray with a couple of glasses and mugs sitting by the kettle should be considered.

We were upgraded to a double bedroom/bathroom apartment that was very spacious and much appreciated. The room facilities exceeded our expectations including a large fridge, microware, all the cooking utensils we needed, washing machine and dryer, TVs, large and comfy bed, all the furniture and facilities to make our stay very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of Lake Jindabyne from our balcony, the room was very quiet and close to the dining area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and my partner who is vegan appreciated the choice including soy milk. There was plenty of parking at the hotel with parks allocated to rooms. The Hotel is centrally located in Jindabyne and within walking distance to the centre and shops and of course the main road up to Kosciuszko National Park for all our walks. After hours check-in was not a problem as there was a safe onsite to collect our keys.

We were not advised at reception on check-in that rooms are not cleaned, towels not changed, bins not emptied during our week long stay however this was not an issue for us anyway.

I was very, very happy with my stay at Rydges Horizons at Jindabyne last night. The view over lake Jindabyne from the balcony was beautiful and uninterrupted. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Top marks to every staff member that i had contact with Rydges is fortunate to such an excellent team. The food was spectacular. I enjoy good quality food, the kitchen staff at Rydges absolutely delivered! I had the scallops and the Mignon, can't remember the last time I had such a great meal. The Queen studio apartment was lovely. Everything I would ever want from a hotel and more. Lots of amenities, I really liked the bath, thankyou!

I liked everything about it.

The location is sublime..the view of the lake at sunset was a perfect way to end the day. The most comfortable bed I've slept in apart from my own..very warm in the room on a very chilly day..no need for the heater..the pool was great to use after a long trek up the mountain..I'll be coming back for sure.the room had everything u need if u were to stay for few days.

The coffee machine was broken and the breakfast went cold very quickly when served on chilled plate ..in saying that the coffee facility was on offer I just don't like the brand offered( I'm fussy with coffee)..the water pressure in the room was poor and couldn't get the temperature spot on

Loved the location, its a short walk from everything. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Bathrooms were quiet outdated however that didn't bother us! We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with my parents and two little ones and it was soo spacious. Used the indoor pool while we were there and worked a treat to tire out my kiddos 😊 Such a beautiful place, we look forward to coming back!

We couldn't locate the room phone to order room services, we stayed in room 311 but that's okay. We ordered some local food and it was worth it!

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which is split over four levels, with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with shower/bath, open planned lounge, kitchen and dining, washer/dryer (came in handy to dry off ski clothes) and 2 large verandas overlooking Lake Jindabyne (see attached sunrise photo from veranda). We dined in the attached Embers Fireside Restaurant which was amazing and finished off with cocktails by the fire. Definitely value for money when you compare what you're paying and getting at other accommodation options.

The check-in was easy, and staff, welcoming and professional. Superb view of the lake, nice outdoor tabe setting on the drive terrace. Easy parking, friendly staff throughout, and a fabulous breakfast. Easy short walk to shops and restaurants.

Very soft, saggy mattress, which made sleeping difficult. TV only worked on two channels 10 and ABC. NO Usb charging points. Dated shower head but was powerful. No access to gym or pool due to building works.

the restaurant was excellent and I ate dinner there twice. Breakfast was very good and I liked that it was included in the price. Staff were attentive and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was the location of the room. It was on the lowest level which meant it was very hard for me to access as I am 81 and have some difficulty with painful legs and feet.

Gorgeous view, and the room is beautifully appointed. Staff were amazing as was the breakfast and nice and close to the Snowy Mountains.

I wouldn’t stay again though as we had people above us who were having a get together until after midnight. Lots of stomping and scraping kept us awake all night, door handle rattling and talking loudly in the hall outside our room. We also couldn’t sit on the balcony without their kids yelling out to us. We just needed peace and quiet after a long few days and didn’t get it here unfortunately.

We liked the view and comfort of our room with easy accessibility from our car. We loved the fact that there are are now big new towels.

Pool closure at 4:00pm on Sunday when it was so hot. No food options on Sunday, Monday nights. Wi fi was dodgy could hardly access this at all. We have been in remote rural locations and received much better service.
