Chalet Jindabyne exceeded my expectations in many ways. Considering it was one of the more affordable options, I had quite low expectations, but the place was amazing. Firstly, the two host/owners were very hospitable, gave a very good tour of the facilities. secondly, the facilities were great. The room was nice and warm, great dining area, had a tv area, and even a pool table. That was a very nice bonus. They even provided breakfast early in the morning, and I thought it would be a simple breakfast but it was a proper spread. Multiple bread and cereal options, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, not something you would expect for a free breakfast. My stay was super enjoyable and I will go back again.

At night, if there were people chatting in the common areas, the sound proofing isn't the best. This isn't the fault of the hosts and would be dependent on the whether the other guest were considerate, and the host did come out to quieten them when it was around 10 plus PM, but I feel like some signs around might be a good reminder regarding noise levels.

My friend and I stayed at Chalet Jindabye with our two daughters for a mums and daughters snow weekend. It was the perfect choice for us. The hosts are warm and friendly and facilites were great. We were able to heat our pre-prepared meals for dinner and use the dining area to prepare lunch for the next day (with food we had bought). The sauna is a luxury after a day on the mountain! The beds are comfortable and the heating is cosy. We will definitely book again! Thank you Pom and Anne

The chalet was well located in Jindabyne and we had a nice comfortable room with a nice view of the lake. Our hosts were very friendly with great advice on great day walks and nice activities to do. The breakfast was very nice and well organised and a great start to the day where we could chat with our hosts and other guests. The bed and room were very comfortable and it was very clean and well presented. The entire property was very clean and it was a pleasant and lovely stay. Thank you to Pon and Charlie for a lovely stay.

I booked a last-minute trip to Jindabyne at the beginning of January to enjoy the Snowy Mountains. I really enjoyed my stay at Chalet Jindabyne: the owners were so welcoming, the accommodation clean, the hotel quiet (last days of summer booking), and the breakfast fulfilling. The parking was easy to get in and out, and the fridge in the room was a plus I didn't know I needed! I got to talk with the owners during breakfasts and was recommended a few hikes that were totally worth it! I will come back for sure, it felt like home!!

Loved our stay at Chalet Jindabyne. Pom and An were so helpful and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast each day was delicious and convenient. Rooms were clean. Excellent value for money, would stay here again.

The shower in our room was sometimes warm rather than hot. If we waited half an hour the water would be hot again.

Warm and humble accomodation for short ski weekend with the family. Nice aspect and facilities available. Staff are approachable and welcoming.

Rooms are small and a little dated. We also had some very noisy guests staying in a room upstairs ours that we could hear talking until late, which is frustrating but not fault of the owners.

Nice spot for a short autumn break, rooms were comfortable and we had a nice view. There are some common / dining areas at the property as well which was handy. Close to the town centre. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

Our bathroom was tiny with no place for towels.

this was our second time staying here and we love the place, we will be back. The hosts are so lovely and the place is clean and it a great location. Breakfast was sufficient before heading up to the tube.

the stay was fine. the only constructive criticism Id have seams I’m being asked is comparing to other various places I have stayed in the area that offer a free breakfast generally offer something like bacon, eggs, baked beans, hashbrowns and that sort of thing I think offering a breakfast of similar calibre would be fantastic and be very convenient for guests heading to the mountain early morning as my generally on strict time schedules

Great place to stay with a family (we had a family room with bunkbeds and ensuite), reminded me a lot of places I have visited in Austria and the kids loved the experience. Pom and Anna were so lovely and engaged with my very excited kids Great views from the back deck and available BBQ. We'll definitely come back the next time we visit the snow! Included breakfast only adds to the convenience ☺️

The property is a little dated but clean and comfortable and great value for money.
