The location of the property was great, close to shops and restaurants. The bungalow we stayed in was lovely and clean upon arrival. There was ample room for a family of eight! Modern kitchen with everything we needed including a large fridge/freezer & dishwasher. Awesome big/long family dining table & comfortable lounges. A smart TV which was great for my son's PS5! Aircon worked great, the beds were lovely and comfortable! We didn't realise that we were supposed to bring towels, I messaged Pom & he came straight down with eight towels for us!

Location was great for us, and it was very nice to have two bathrooms plus plenty of space for four people. The property was clean and well-equipped. The owner was extremely quick to answer emails and was very helpful in providing towels when we requested them. He was also extremely kind in finding and posting to us an item we had left behind.

Wifi is almost essential these days, and we really felt the lack of it. Although the owner kindly provided some towels on request (at no extra charge) we were a little surprised that ‘linen’ didn’t automatically include towels. We also felt that the downstairs bedroom was very small and rather gloomy… it felt a bit like a garage! But the bed was perfectly comfortable!

Property was very clean. Bed spreads had a perfume smell which was fantastic. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the two days we stayed. The bus stop was close by, Woolies was also close by.

Bath towels were not there. In other accommodations through booking.com we get milk, bread in refrigerator and bath needs like soap, shampoo, towels etc so we didnt carry those expecting it to be in the property. A mention of this would be fine otherwise we have to go shopping as soon as we arrive.

The only thing I did not like was the microwave in our unit. The thing was ancient. Took forever to heat

Was very clean and well appointed with cooking facilities etc. Upon entering we had no running water which was due to some recent works, however Pom was onto it straight away and fixed it immediately. Great service.

Fantastic apartment, well equipped with cooking facilities, bedding, extra blankets and heating. Perfect for a snow vacation. The host Pom was available and very responsive. Would highly recommend this apartment 😊

It was great! Bathroom taps were dripping, we advised the owner. Downstairs bedroom heater was a little slow to heat on the really cold nights but it did the job ok.

For a large family with dogs in tow this was just perfect. Good heating, very clean and spacious enough for everyone.

Update the microwave. Balustrade and stairs not very child friendly - a childproof gate / mesh gate across the top of the stairs would fix this.

Loved the location and value for money

I feel it very odd not to have towels when linen is provided for the beds and kitchen.

Easy booking and communicating with Pom

Mum found down stairs room a little cold with out heater on , would have like a hot water bottle or an electric blanket on bed 🙂

Everything was as it should be, good value for money. They even provided a baby cot (a bit old, but it worked just fine)
