Our stay at the Alpine Country Motel was a fantastic stop in for one night on our way to Kosciusko National Park for a hike. Perfect quiet location out of town, very efficient check in and out and a lovely basic room with all the amenities you need! Plenty of room in the room for packing bags, no squish at all. The shower had good pressure and was nice and warm in the cold morning. It was also nice to have a TV to wind down after a long drive from Sydney! Fantastic stay and would definitely stop in here again!

The unit was clean, well maintained for its age and everything worked perfect. The bed was comfortable and the unit had everything you would need. Toilet paper was excellent the hot water worked every time with no fading in and out like other motels in the area. The shower was restricted but I was able to enjoy a hot shower in the morning. Microwave, jug and toaster and fridge ... and real milk for my coffee. TV worked great and also had a dvd player. Position is about 5kms south of Cooma and there are 3 service stations across the road. Will definately stay there again, had everything I need when travelling for work.

The owner Mr Singh is the main star of the show. His kindnesses, his understanding, his giving nature and humbleness are exceptional. We need more business owners like Mr Singh in Australia. The room is good value for money and he even gave us coffee and sandwiches for breakfast. The food sold at his petrol station is so yummy and cheaper than others. Petrol is also very cheap too. Please look no further if you're looking for a place to stay on your way to the snow because you have found the perfect place. Bring your family and friends for a nice warm welcome. We are also coming back again.

Great value for money. I felt very cosy in my room and it had everything I needed. The interiors are a little dated but in awesome condition, so perfect for an overnight stop after a long drive. Based a few minutes out of town, but easy to find. Note that check in is at the Metro just beofre the motel, they did communicate this but I forgot and had to double back for the key.

Loved the cleanliness, warmth of the room after a cold trip and overall just great value for money.

The location wasn’t too bad, it just a short drive from the main strip road where all the shops are. Just annoying to find the location coming off a 80 speed road. Not anyone’s fault, but only downfall was that.

No top sheet on my bed. More than one plate and bowl would be useful for a room that sleeps up to three people. They charge you more money if you book directly with them so this time I went through booking.com instead. Strange since I thought they pay fees to booking dot com

All good. The manager was friendly and helpful and patient, the room was warm and clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the jug and toaster and microwave were lovely, it had everything I needed.

The only thing that was a little tricky was the traffic, but that's probably because I live in the bush! where it's very quiet.

Convenient for a quick night stay before heading to snow next morning. It was clean, easy to park outside your room. Kids loved the animals in the morning. Nice and warm, great facilities incl. table and chairs outside.

Clean enough. Had a good heater, excellent lighting, bed was a little hard for me but ok. Microwave kettle fridge.. All there and in good order.

Explanation about breakfast as I didn’t know. I didn’t have it, but that’s ok because I’m not a big breakfast eater . I could have asked and I didn’t .

We stayed for 2 nights. Good location,on the way to perisher. We did late checkin .Check-in was smooth comfy bed,cozy and clean room. Have everything as shown in pictures.

Only one suggestion, pls put PowerPoint or provide extension to use microwave
