I had a wonderful stay at Snow Season Motor Inn. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect close to major attractions like Perisher Valley and Thredbo (and hours distance) and convenient to the town. Overall, an excellent experience to me and my family that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again!

OUR BEDS WERE QUITE COMFORTABLE, THE ROOM WAS PLEASINGLY LARGE, BUT LACKED ITEMS SUCH AS ENOUGH GLASSWARE, CUTLERY, AND BED LINEN. WAS VERY CLEAN AND FRESH, EVEN THOUGH MY DEAR WIFE (GOD BLESS HER) PREFERRED TO USE HER OWN ON THE BED. OVERALL, SHOULD WE TRAVEL DOWN TO THE SNOW AGAIN FROM BRISBANE, IN QUEENSLAND, THE STAFF I MET WERE VERY OBLIGING.

A LACK OF CUTLERY AND GLASSWARE, DID NOT DO A CLEAN OF OUR ROOM, EVERYTHING SUCH AS UNMADE BEDS, WERE STILL UNMADE WHEN WE RETURNED FROM THREADBO

Beds were comfortable, heater was preheated for us for the cold night. Staff that helped us check in and out was very nice. Everything inside was adequate for our overnight stay. Room was very spacious and showers were hot (though a bit dated)

It might have more facilities (like the restaurant ) that we didn't get to use but for the price we paid, I usually expected nicer looking facilities. Lighting was hard to figure out and bathroom feels very dated. However, this is the sad reality of snow season availability...

the bathroom wasn't very clean, full of soap scum, we went and got our own cleaning supplies. bed where a bit to hard for my liking the AC did not work, there was a heater that was either to hot or to cold

the AC would have made the room a better temp. rather then the heater that mad it too hot, the overall cleanliness of the room could have been better.

Everything was so good and great. Rooms were so spacious and clean. everyday they refill the tea,coffee and sugar. Heater were also working good. Best part that its locations to nearby shops in a minute away.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Our family were there for snow trip. The accommodation is comfortable and clean.

We are there during school holidays so the price is higher than what we would like to pay. But this is understandable.

Easy to book (online), prompt confirmation, clean place, complete basic facilities and strategic place. Easy to locate for a walk in and traveller like us who were never been in the vicinity.

The inavailability of staff. But i do understand that we checked-in late. Just for a first timer like us, we don't know where the room is. But that just a mild and understandable one.

The bed, bedding and pillows were all super comfortable after a long day of dtiving. Strangely, the shower in Room 50 was amazing we both loved it. We had not intended to stay.in Cooma overnight and had not packed anything. All facilities were close and Coles wasnt too far.

Cutlery and Utensils would have been handy 🙂

The sink is outside the bathroom. Allows others to use the sink for washing hands or cups/utensils if bathroom is occupied. Had gas heater which is old style but very effective and warm Shower pressure is strong and water temp is very easy to control Bathroom had rails , hooks and a small shelf for clothes or things like hair clips, phone, etc. Bed is very comfortable. Pillows are plump. There's a large mirror and a bag shelf so bags can be off the floor . Spacious room . One large bench space and dining table. Excellent for our party of 3 for preparing lunches ( for day trip to the snow) and dinners like pizza. There was enough room on the table for the large pizza boxes and serving plates and drinks.

Can be a bit noisy if the guests upstairs are jumping around which is a common problem. Ear plugs are helpful.

the water pressure here was fantastic, nice and warm close to food and close to shops

only think was they didn’t change the sheets over 1 night but that’s not a big issue
