The location and price were great, and the room size was perfect. It had two bedrooms,1 with 3 single beds and the other with a double bed. The living and dining areas were also spacious and comfortable, and all the beds were very comfortable.

The place was a bit run down and could use some renovations. The curtains needed cleaning, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. An oil heater was provided, but it wasn’t quite enough to warm the entire room.

First of all: value for money. Our stay was very reasonably priced, especially considering we had a family-sized booking. Hotel location was great, very close to central part of Griffith. Easy to find and check-in was fast and easy. Our kids loved the pool!

Decor is a little plain but that's a SUPER minor thing considering the affordability and location of the hotel. It was also tricky to get a good balance between hot & cold in the shower, but that's not a big deal either.

The staff are friendly and always cater to our needs I go there often and every visit we are greeted with warmth even the cleaners are really friendly. Place is lovely clean and close to everything. Carwash next door and kfc and aldis for your takeaway and grocery needs. Would definitely recommend. I have a big family so if I visit and have family with me we will always go to citrus first !!! 5 stars for me.

friendly staff, if we needed something the staff assisted us with what was needed immediately, so service was number one and we were all happy with the stay and recommend other people to stay at the Citrus motel, also the location is convenient to shops if you want to buy something at the town, it was just down the road we walked down there sometimes.

It is hard to say what we didn't like about the stay, we couldn't get the tv going but the person at the reception fixed the problem immediately which was good, so all in in no problems.

The staff in the office, young lady was friendly professional and helpful and all with a smile. The bed were comfortable and room was clean. Very happy with the overall Citrus motel and the staff and the facilities and the cost of the room.

Our neighbours in room 4 were quite loud, talking loud in their language and singing loud at 11:30pm, This is no fault of the staff at the motel this is simply inconsiderate people. We had a long drive from Sydney, and wanted an early night as we had an early morning the next day but these people didn't care. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

The place of stay was close to the town, and all facilities i.e.. food outlets, and the places we wanted to see, also the places that there was booked to go to so the plan worked out nicely for all of us.

Well, a shortage of utensils for the room, the motel should equip more stuff like spoons forks etc. for the customer's convenience and the owner running back and forth.

The space of the room the air corn was beautiful as Griffith has hot air so everything for this motel was very good and I will definitely come back ❤️

It’s cozy and comfortable. Hot water is good. Comfortable double bed and single bed. I did sleep well. Love the kettle provided, spoons, plates and TV . It’s was safe my overnight there.
