Great location, and the rooms are really well appointed. The bed was very comfy, the were some great extra amenities in the room like a sachet of washing up liquid and cloth (it's great to be able to wash glasses that I have been using without having to wait for the cleaners to replace them). The window was a sliding door which opened which I really liked.

Just be aware that if you are facing the Banna Avenue side it can be a bit noisy (especially if you are a light sleeper like me!), and like many places the secure parking area is not very big so its a first in basis, we ended up parking on the street overnight and had no issues.

The Gem is central. Larger room was great. As my home town originally it was nice to see Griffith have a little more upmarket accommodation. Have guided friends to stay with you and they were impressed.

We changed rooms due to the small size. We upgraded to a larger room and cut our stay by one night.(101-111).This I believe was caused through booking with booking.com. We were told there was only two rooms left so we booked the mini queen. A learning curve..... Shower recess floods very easily. Maybe smaller pillows available but lovely room overall.

Has a bar downstairs, the rooms are nicely appointed, good restaurant downstairs, and useful desk for working in your room, big TV.

It’s in the main street of town and there’s a lot of noisy cars on the weekends so if you’re staying on the main road side it’s not super peaceful Friday or Saturday nights in particular. Call ahead if you are in a group - they will say their system does not auto allocate a booking for 2 rooms near by each other, lucky our child is a teenager, but if you wanted seperate rooms for your children, call ahead before your told at the checkin desk too bad so sad.

The Gem Hotel couldn’t be more central in Griffith. The modern hotel ticks all the boxes with a huge comfortable bed in a decent sized room. Parking is limited so we missed out on a spot, but there is street parking in front of the hotel.

The hotel sent several txt messages seeking information before our arrival, Given the many problems with scammers hacking BookingdotCom systems we were suspicious of the txt messages with odd web links, In short, the hotel’s approach to communications needs a re-think.

Housekeeping did an amazing job! Everything was replenished perfectly and the room was a pleasure to return to after each busy day! The hotel and room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner and soap smelt amazing. We always managed to grab a car space in the undercover secure parking space. Our room was on level one, and at the back, and we never heard any noise - we both slept soundly in the comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location - walk to everything. Staff friendly, professional & helpful.Restaurant was quieter than many even though it was almost full. Great food & service. Room very comfortable with loads of storage, well lit bathroom & generally well designed for guest comfort. Our room had a kitchenette which was excellent. Luxury feel. Secure parking (not many spaces)

Everything was great. Just had to wait to check out as no staff at front desk. No freezer in bar fridge so couldn’t freeze our blocks for keeping food cold on travels.

Location is great in the centre of town and can walk nearly anywhere worth going in Griffith. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with a fully featured kitchen. Fully stocked and clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Comfy bed and pillows. A bit pricey for a regional city but you get what you pay for.

We were the only ones in the restaurant but the food was slow to come out and bacon was very burnt. The rest was ok though and cost what you'd expect in a major city.

The room was modern and had a comfortable bed. Enjoyed the convenience of the bar fridge, however, there are bars and restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom were very clean.

We stayed in a 'petite queen' room on the first floor. Our view from the room was a rooftop with air conditioner boxes which were noisy, so I had to have the bathroom door closed at night to block the noise. There aren't any trolleys for luggage and our room was at the end of the corridor.

The room was extremely clean, well kept and had a large bathroom. The after hours check in was very convenient. All the staff when we checked in went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The morning breakfast was incredible. Meg, who was tending to our table went out of her way to make sure we had a great dining experience. She was friendly, kind and very helpful; all the qualities you want from someone representing your business.

Great spot to stay, Central near good restaurants and close to everything you need, even a short walk to the local pool for laps. The Hotel restaurant was superb. one of the best cooked rare steaks I have ever had. Melt in the mouth. :)

It is Country NSW so a lot of Spidey webs outside. Need a clean on the exterior of the top floor windows. Was quit "warm" on Level three as you got out of lift, was fixed 2 days later when I went stayed again. apart from those minor details a great little "pub".
