Superb presentation with expansive grounds. The warm welcome from Phil at reception made a great first impression. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped with up-to-date appliances and fittings. It was ultra-quiet and clean. Only downside was that the very soft bed had developed a deep depression into which I sank. Turning to change sides on which I wanted to sleep wasn’t easy.

As far as motor inns go, this one I loved. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious. It had a kitchen and fully renovated bathroom. The bed was so soft and comfy and felt new. The kids swam in the pool and we had family dinner in the gazebo. A really nice stay.

Bedding configurations of our room had the two single beds for kids in the living area and queen bed in the bedroom but we worked around it.

Very clean! As a house keeper for 20 odd years,I couldn't fault this motel!!! Bed comfortable, room so clean!!! Grounds super tidy. Staff very nice,polite, accomadating. Highly recommend

Only thing was no power points next to bed. Well in my room anyway. So had to charge phone across room. And a electric blanket would have been good. But that was it.

Possibly the best motel we've ever stayed at. Large, clean, well appointed rooms, quiet but convenient location, comfy beds, and easy parking. The managers, John and Coila, were wonderful, and our stay was great value for money.

Hard to find any faults. Perhaps that the restaurant was not available for dinners over the weekend. Not a serious problem, as the Soldier's Club a couple of hundred yards away does great meals 7 DPW.

Room was lovely and clean, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Situation very central to town. Plenty of good sized parking spaces. Lovely outdoor and pool areas, wish we had stayed longer to fully utilise them. Friendly gentleman in the office was very helpful after a long tiring day travelling.

Consistency with previous visits

Each time there's a minor maintenance item with the room Last time it was the main light, this time it was the bathroom towel rail in pieces next to the TV in the lounge room. Just a small thing but slightly detracts from the visit you start thinking the property doesn't care about you as a customer

Very clean and spacious room with a comfortable king size bed and efficient air conditioning. Bathroom was immaculate and the shower worked well. Parking was directly in front of the door.

Could have used a few more dishes and utensils in the small kitchenette.

Very good size room and good bed.

The room had a kettle, microwave and toaster but was let down by a lack of cutlery/crockery - ie no knives, forks or plates. It was getting quite late by the time I realised there were no plates or cutlery and I did not want to disturb the owners
