Good was great bed comfortable and very close to where I was having a meeting

Car parking should be designated to the number room you are staying in. One car per unit per car park. If there are more than one car for the same unit 2nd car should park on the street and not take up someone else's car park that I am paying for ...When I got there the parking was packed and I had a lot of things to carry in from a distance then , not outside my room. I have a bad back and a bad shoulder which was not good going back and forward unpacking my car and then the reverse the next day..I was not happy about that at all. Also the room door didn't have a number on it so I had to go back and ask where the room was. Everything else was great

Good location, easy walk to shops and centre of town. Room (No.14) was good and having plates and cutlery in rooms is a good idea. They often come in handy.

The bathroom (in room 14) is probably in need of a renovation; the fittings are starting to show their age a bit. But it was okay, it did everything a bathroom should do. Highway noise with trucks is a bit overbearing at times being on the Newell Highway, but there's little anyone can do about that, alas it's the world we live in. It does tend to quieten down after midnight (at least when I was there).

Incredibly comfortable bed & pillow, spacious room with a comfy couch and additional desk next to the bathroom, upper floor room with easy access to car via external stairs yet which provided an extra feeling of security for a solo female traveller, smart TV I could access Netflix (& more) on, dining menu to have a delicious meal delivered to my door, and exceptionally welcoming and kind staff. And unlike other motels I’ve stayed in recently, perfectly clean with no smell!

Very central location on the Newell - very easy to locate. We had breakfast in the dining room and it was very good. I had a continental breakfast and my son had a full country breakfast which was really quite a sumptuous meal. The room was well layed out and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Amazing, welcoming staff, the room was clean and tidy. The pool was also clean and clear of any rubbish. The room service meal was absolutely amazing, cooked exactly as we asked.

Our only downfall, was being unable to use the TV as it would not connect to WiFi or the cable and had no channels available.

Good location close to all the eateries and supermarkets. Comfortable warm room. With a microwave. Well worth staying here. Staff are very friendly and hospitable. Check the fig tree.

Not anything I can think of. I think they may be doing some work the sink tap was loose. The bathroom door scraped. Not sure the air con was working to well.

Easy to find, they had my dates mixed up but quickly fixed it and even offered a better option for my family we loved out stay

The bathroom looked really old and paint was peeling of from the ceiling, the dishes and electronics were quite dusty a little wipe before guests go in would be great

Would recommend this Motel to anyone. Great value, very comfortable. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We were very cosy in our room, beds super comfy. Would stay there any time.

Some heavy traffic at night but not unbearable

Quiet. Clean. Good price. Comfortable. Had the things that you need in a Hotel room, such as iron and ironing board and small fridge. Parking was also available. The staff were friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. Would stay there again.

The lady on the front desk was lovely - welcoming and kind and good at her job.

The facilities in the rooms are a little old, but everything is super clean and the linen and towels were new and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable.
