The motel was walking distance to multiple places & had all you required in the rooms. The room had plenty of room & was serviced each day. The front of house manager was friendly & professional.

One thought would be a designated smoking area possibly somewhere, as cigarette smoke from other people smoking outside the room permeated into our room. Having ashtrays on every table & chairs outside rooms encouraged smokers to sit & smoke.

Location!!! Was travelling with adult son and 4 yr old Grandson. So close to shops parks and local attractions. Rooms are dated but clean comfortable and quiet. Female Staff who checked me in was lovely and helpful - I chose to stay another night and she fixed it all with no hassle. I've stayed before and will definately stay again. WiFi is great. Had everything needed. Tv (ours was still connected to someones netflix so grandson was happy - thanks Judy haha)Cutlery jug toaster microwave etc Didn't try the restaurant as we have family living here and ate with them but lots of people have told me it's good. Pool area we didn't use but was beautiful and well maintained. The whole site was well maintained.

Perfect location and the staff were so very friendly and helpful, I hope to try the restaurant next time because the menu looked great - good linen, fresh and crisp and the towels were soft. The fridge worked well (I cranked up the temperature) as did the tv.

The hardwired hairdryer didn’t work The TV switch next to the bed didn’t work Only 1 spare pillow in the cupboard The unit car parks are narrow and I was concerned about door dings (everyone seems to drive big vehicles) but there was plenty of parking at the back which seemed secure enough The mattress felt a bit tired

Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Room is comfortable. Owner has a gorgeous lab that entertained our dog. Doggie Poo bags are provided. 😃 Centrally located with shops nearby.

Although this is a pet friendly motel, the surrounding is not so pleasant as there is no gras area. The heat wave didn’t help as we would have loved to take our dog to the river nearby… but far too hot .

We stayed here for an overnight stop on the way to Melbourne from Yamba. The motel was comfortable and had space for our boat on site. It was in the centre of town so walking distance to hotels and restaurants.

The bed was a bit soft for our liking but apart from that it was a comfortable room. The bathroom was small and the sink was in the main room.

Terrific woman at the desk, friendly and helpful , beds are extremely comfortable, clean rooms, good shower pressure , we love staying here .

21A does not have its own parking bay, as a performer I have to park anywhere on street due to all car Parkes usually taken near stairs and area.

such a central location, and happy host. we felt so welcome, and comfortable. our dog was, too (along with several other dogs in the motel, who were all quiet, happy, and well catered for). the room was very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. location is excellent; right on the main street, but still very quiet.

The staff were very welcoming and also welcomed our dog. The family room was very roomy and provided a good overnight stopover for our travels. Local pizza shop lived up to its recommendation. Both stopovers in family rooms were upstairs which was okay for us as we are all able-bodied. The location was quiet.

Carpark a bit tight with a bigger car.

It was clean, room service was fantastic pretty peaceful. I would have been happy to wash my dishes room service had my dishes vanish, the cleanliness was fantastic, our shower looked to be recently updated, basic equipment in the rooms and enough bowls and cups for all of us was great!!

Towels could have been re used for a two night stay but all were replaced. Dishes could have been cleaned by us but no tea towel was available. A can opener would be good

Super friendly staff and owner. Location in Middle of a very interesting town to wander around. Dog friendly! Many respectful people all travelling with their friendly dogs made for a nice community feel. GREAT restaurant attached, which can bring food to your room. I highly recommend this hotel for a short stopover or couple of day stay.
