Arrived at the property and was greeted by the lady on the front desk who explain about the hotel , leeton and the general area. We had one room upstairs and one downstairs . Both rooms were clean to a high standard. We made use of the pool having 3 boys aged 11 , 11 and 12. It was clean and maintained to high standard. Had breakfast in the breakfast room on our last morning and it was quick and easy. We had a great stay and would recommend it to other families.

Warmer blankets on beds in the middle of winter would be nice. Layout of bathroom with sink in room and very small bathroom was a bit odd but not a big issue. Would be good to have a door on the second room. Cleaners opened the door without knocking at least three times while were there, all around 9am so quite early. They never returned once we'd left for the day so room was only tidied once during the week.

Good location, has what you need

As we had the room upstairs next to the staircase, we found the noise of people using the stairs/vibration of the staircase hitting the side of the building loud while in the room. I would suggest not picking room 31 or 32. Anything else upstairs or all of downstairs would be perfect.

We stayed one night and the staff was lovely. The kids had a awesome time in the pool. For dinner there was a variety of foods in town. The Motel also does breakfast and a charge for it to deliver to Ur room. All up, I was very happy and I will choose it again

Bathroom was a bit small. Toilet room was a tight fit if your a little big :(

I requested to be located within a room I had previously stayed in. This wasn't initially confirmed though upon arrival it was made available which was really special for my Partner & I. Thank you to the lovely Lady/Owner for having met Our needs, She is very understanding, approachable, warm & friendly.

Staff was amazing and room was clean and comfortable but other then the couple minor things we had a excellent stay so thank you so much ❤️ 😊

Pool shutting at 6.30pm while it's daylight savings and still hot at that time. Also our toilet didn't flush real good

the room was small and cozy, had everything that we needed and led directly onto the pool. it was very beautiful, and very quiet-- best part was the lady receptionist, she was incredibly friendly and kind-- her service was phenomenal

the only thing that was a bother was the air conditioner/heater in our room (room 22) it was so noisy when we put the heater on that we had to turn it off shortly afterwards.

Excellent stop over location. Service stations nearby for food and fuel. Excellent parking for large vehicles / trailers. Rooms are close to the car parks. Great street access.

It was very, very clean and tidy. The bedding was very comfortable and the toilet was clean too!

Just Abit dated but I don't think it affected anything at all. Had to fill the kettle with the shower faucet because it did not fit the sink tap.

Perfect! Shower was amazing! Great pressure! Ray and wife beautiful people! Park bikes out back sit out front overlooking beautiful pool-immaculate gardens-
