If we knew this property existed we definitely would have stayed here for the full duration of our stay. Found it on the 2nd night of our stay, wouldn't look past this property on our next trip to Griffith. Fantastic that afterpay is an option. Secure undercover parking was super convenient. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with the pool.

Not too much, would be good if breakfast was an option.

For what we paid, The Grand Motel far exceeded our expectations. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was powerful. Location was great, short walk to cafes etc, parking was convenient

On one of the evenings there was a loud high pitched noise coming from the corridor. A few people came out of their rooms to try and figure out what it was to no avail. Luckily it only lasted about 15 minutes, but it was concerning that there was no out of hours number to contact in these situations. I believe reception closes at 9pm

The management responded very quickly when I needed to change rooms due to some plumbing problems. The location was very convenient.

Some of the other guests were very noisy on the first night. I thought that the reception closed a little too early considering the number of guests.

The room was quite spacious. Location was perfect for my husband and myself. We like to park our car and be able to walk and we did this with no problems.

The only thing better for us would have been a more comfortable pillow. Small detail. The length of our stay was too short so we hope to return soon.

The property was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough. The toilet wasn’t refilling properly at night and therefore wasn’t flushing well.

There was a lot of broken things like the spa pool and the treadmill only working in the gym.

I am not a well travelled person and to me, this place was ultimate luxury. I felt safe and slept better than I have for a long time. The staff were great, especially Shane, who made me feel so welcome. The lift saved my hips and knees and was a real bonus for me. The spa and pool were perfect for my needs. I felt like royalty every time I walked through the front entrance! I will DEFINITELY be staying here in the future. Thank you.

NOTHING!! There was nothing I could be unhappy about.

The size of the room was great. It was clean. The location was great. The staff was friendly and courteous. The security of the carpark was exceptional.

For the price, there was nothing that you could really complain about

I was late checking in and the staff stayed there till I arrived. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy.

Only issue was with the shower. Water pressure was way to high I couldn't stand directly under the water. I was left with bruising on my back.

Need to ask manager to turn on heat for the indoor pool and spa. Takes a while...also in our spa bath, when we turned on the pump blue stuff (maybe old cleaning liquid) and dead insects flooded the bath, It was gross

The man on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and we had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant. The staff in there were also very nice. We arrived late so didn't get to use the indoor spa/pool. Car park is gated.

Old, stained, carpet in our room (if I have to pick something).
