Staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time, absolutely enjoyed dealing with them. Would be back solely because of the positive interactions over the phone with them Enjoyed the size of the room and that it was away from the road so it was quiet, which was perfect. Happy they provide a breakfast service that’s sent to your room.

There’s a mineral issue with the hot water system. We booked the room specially for the spa bath and the water was brown. Had to empty it and then balance out the hot and cold water to make it a less brown as possible. Side note with the breakfasts, they didn’t mention there was a secret window slot where the food was put. We had to call to ask about why the breakfast hadn’t been received yet (it had). But they were very helpful and polite when explaining this to us.

We booked an upgraded spa room and it was huge for a hotel room which was great. We didn't use the spa however, we just wanted the extra seating and wiggle room. The grounds and blocks of rooms are well spread creating an open feeling definitely not being on top of others.

The hotel is not located in the centre of town meaning if you want a long lunch or boozy dinner you'll need a cab or a long walk.

Loved our stay, lovely large comfortable room, room 25 with very comfortable beds. Well positioned in Griffiths. Had 2 delicious meals at the in house restaurant. Lovely, pleasant and helpful staff. So nice to have decent sized bath towels provided. Highly recommended.

Good value for money. A family room that actually was big enough to fit a family which is rare!! Great shower pressure. Clean tidy and well maintained.

Reception on checkin not overly welcoming. Our neighbour talked loudly till 4am, not great soundproofing in the walls. Charging for 600ml bottled water, most motels now have a couple complimentary.

The last time I stayed at the Kidman way - I only paid $160.00 / night and the room was much bigger - only 12 months ago ! This time I paid $185.00/night and the room was much smaller. I thought it was an expensive stay for one night stay !

The room was huge and great value for money! Loved that there was room between the cars when parking - a little garden. Location was great. We will gladly stay again.

Nothing to not like. We could hear music from the club up the road, but that didn't bother us. It was only just audible.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable. Has everything required for your stay. Loved that is had coffee/tea making facility; ironing board and iron; and provided with clean towels daily. Room clean and great location.

Room was quite large and included some kitchen crockery. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was huge. Walking distance to the centre of town and The Leagues Club Southside and Exies were very close. We had a room at the back and it was super quiet.

A tea towel would have been good to dry dishes used.

A well presented modern clean comfortable motel unit. Surprised with the large size of the room which enhanced comfort and amenity. Kitchenette with microwave and dining table. Large individual parking spaces in front of each room. One of the better motels we have stayed at.

Restaurant was closed for breakfast and we did not know until the morning. If we had known we would have ordered room service especially as we heard another guest say how good the breakfast was.
