The room was well-appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and it was clean. It had tea/coffee making facilities and a toaster.

When a motel places a toaster in the room, they need to put a knife and a plate as well. The only issue I had was that there were smokers near me who sat outside next to me and I could smell the smoke in my room, perhaps put smokers at one end of the complex (if possible).

Great customer service very friendly atmosphere. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I definitely recommend going great, Chef. They called about 15mins after we left to let us know we had left behind a bag 🎒 behind.

The bed was a little hard but they just taken over so I'm sure they will replace that sort of thing shortly

House keeping staff was just so very nice n professional service Me and my son would love to come for visit again especially walk distance to Kmart Wollies n town ,all walking distance makes it more fantastic

Staff were very friendly and helpful with any needs. Went out of their way to allow us to enter room a lot earlier than 2pm. Didn’t have breakfast or dinner in restaurant, so unable to comment.

Bathroom small with little or no bench space, shower very good though. Being 2 story motel, parking is first in best dressed scenario. A lot of off street parking available if motel parking full.

The room was spacious and quiet.

I was concerned about the floor tiles in the kitchen and to a lesser degree the bathroom. I was walking in bare feet and slipped, not enough to fall but to becareful from then on. If I was in socks I would have fallen.

Late check in and location … right next door to Woolies and back from CBD but still close to hospital which was my reason for being there

The spa could have been cleaner( didn’t use) and the toilet was turned off(water) why??? Maybe a leak?? If so should be fixed. Wasn’t really a problem for me but maybe for the next person🤷‍♀️

The beds are extremely comfortable for the value of the room... I always stay with Econo Lodge in Griffith as I know the staff will always go above and beyond for their guests

Everything. Close to malls. On Banna Street. Staff lovely friendly people. Restaurant service and food amazing. Loved it all.

Location was great, hotel was comfortable enough, just a pity resteraunt was closed due to upgrade but it didnt cause too much trouble. The young lady on reception was lovely & is an asset to the business.

Location was excellent, facilities basic but comfy and clean. Staff were fantastic.

Still allow smoking so could smell it throughout. A little noisy, but realistically this could happen at any place could be the same.
