It was very hot when we arrived and, as we had booked ahead they had turned on the air conditioner and we walked into a lovely cool unit. The motel is an older one but it was very clean and comfortable. It is situated close to the main shopping centre and easy walking distance from a host of dining options. We would definitely stop there again. John

Everything!! Rooms while not totally modern were exceptionally clean and all needs were covered. Microwave with crockery etc…… cosy little table to eat at. Very informative compendium …. shame we weren’t staying longer to check it all out. Bathroom supplies very nice with plenty of hooks to hang your items. Entertainment needs catered for ie Netflix etc.

Not a big deal but carpark and stairwell look a bit tired.

Generous sized room. Ground floor access with all furnishings for a long or short stay. Welcoming hosts. Cozy general overall feel throughout. Extremely quiet climate control kept the temperature in the room comfortable at all times.

We loved our stay, but light sleepers should be aware that the room is not soundproof, and the sound of slamming vehicle doors and guests' outside conversations carries into the room. Some guests are workers who leave for work at about 5 am, not always silently or considering the other guests. This might be an issue for any guests wishing to sleep in.

The Couple on Reception were very friendly with their welcome . When they realised my Wife is disabled they offered us the Disabled Room 11 which was very convenient and comfortable for us . We made our own Breakfast and they provided us with plates willingly [ on request ] so that helped a lot . All in all a very comfortable stay in Gunnedah .

In spite of booking the disability suite and attaching a short explanation of why, when we arrived we had been assigned a standard room. However, this was quickly rectified with an apology

Stuck in a corner room & too enclosed.

Location was perfect for the purpose of my stay and the accommodation could not have been better. Pam and Bob Kent (the owners) were very welcoming and very pleasant at all times; offering assistance if required.

Nothing. Unfortunately my stay was too short due to personal circumstances.

I had a comfortable stay - the room was clean and fresh, bed was comfy. The room was a good size, check in was easy. Would happily stay again.

Good location. Good facilities.

A minibar, or at least bottled water in the fridge would be nice to have. Overall, I'm back this week, so no complaints here.
