we arrived a little late staff very friendly and super helpful at getting us to our room and telling us about local places to shop and eat. Room was comfortable, bed was good to rest for the night and everything you would need for traveling with pets. If traveling through the area again we would definitely stop here again. Rare to find actual pet friendly accommodation!

Nil, it was a great spot to travel through, Parking was tight but simple enough the block footprint doesnt really allow to more room they have done what they can.

The room is somewhat older, as evidenced by the bathroom, but it's soooo clean! No sign of mould anywhere in the bathroom despite it's age! The room is big enough, it has a working and clean fridge and microwave. The room was more than adequate for my one night stay. Plenty of parking, my large work van had plenty of room. Reception staff/management were super friendly and helpful.

There could have been a little more milk in the fridge. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was clean and tidy and they accommodate pets on notice 😊

Late check in procedures, we arrived late and the hotel had left our room unlocked and key on the table, when we arrived (very late in the evening) it was unlocked but no key. Not the hotel owners fault (other people were clearly dishonest) but maybe a coded lockbox would be best to prevent these issues. Otherwise - it was a perfect stay.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

There were renovations happening below us and power tools being used all day. A door was left open to this area over night that was swinging and banging in the wind that made it hard to sleep. There were no facilities to wash dishes. As we stayed for 3 nights they piled up. Not many electrical sockets. Wifi was too slow to use.

Great location, great value, good room.

For a five night stay I expected some level of room housekeeping during the stay. The only sign of anything being available was a notice to leave towels outside the door if replacement needed. There were no facilities to wash cups and coffee and tea supplies were not replenished. As there is no discounting of prices for multi night stays it is a significant benefit to the motel as housekeeping is not required. But there has to be some compromise to share the benefits here and provide minimal housekeeping each day. This should comprise replacement of wet towels, bathmats etc, Bed making. Waste bin clearing, dishes cleaning and resupply of coffee tea etc.

I am in my late 70,s, with a bad hip and knee, when I booked I thought the Motel was on one level, on arrival I had a top floor room for one night, the staff noticed the stairs were difficult for me and arranged for me to have a ground floor room, without any request from me, they are very helpful and considerate, the club is next door, and maccas on the corner, two Chinese restaurants opposite, and a short walk to the centre of town, highly recommended, thanks to all the staff for a relaxing stay 😃

Receptionist was super friendly and helpful when I had to cancel my booking because of a health issue even though it was the day of check in . I did stay the following week and was very happy with everything about my stayz

Its location, facilities and being pet friendly. Super clean throughout and inside and out.

The bed was a little firm for me .. but still okay. The loo paper holder could have been positioned better.

On high street close to services club and pub for meals. Clean and tidy with working air con, hot showers and small drinks fridge. Everything a budget 3.5 star motel should have. Clean swimming pool to cool off in on hot summer days.

Ceiling fan or some other method to improve air flow through unit.

This is basic accommodation but it is all you need for a short stop over. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The motel is right next door to the Gunnedah club where you can get a great meal. The host was very pleasant. They are renovating so it could get even better. Would stay there again.

There was nothing to complain about , for the price it was good.
