To be fair, this is our second stay at the Golden Harvest, and we will probably visit again. The location is prefect, there is plenty of parking, the rooms are clean and tidy. The facilities are excellent, but we thought we had ordered a king size bed, but were given a "large double" which wasn't quite a queen size, which surprised me as i didn't think there was a size in between the two. I didn't rate the staff more highly, because we never actually had a face to face with them. They phoned us up whilst enroute, we made payment, and they arranged for the key to be delivered. There were no complaints so we had no need to discuss issues with them. We used the chinese restaurant next door, which was also excellent.

We asked for a bigger bed, and were disappointed with the one provided. The bed was comfortable enough, just a touch smaller than we are used too. Other than that, all was great and I recommend the venue.

A very comfortable room, clean and quiet. We arrived with a campervan. The hosts offered us secure parking for the evening and then also offered us the use of their personal car to drive to the local hotel for dinner as it was 37C. We did not take up their generous offer and elected to walk, however we were overwhelmed by their kindness. Thank you.

Nothing to say, the property met our needs.

The room are very clean and comfortable beds, it's had everything you need to use for night. The owner is very nice welcome when I checked in. Close to town walking distance to restaurants. Will stay again if passing through in the next trip.

Nothing really I don't like the accommodation.

The location is great. There are two thai restaurants in very close walking distance and a KFC across the street. Also in the morning one of the businesses across the street had coffee, slices etc available for purchase. Our car was parked undercover near the outdoor barbecue area. The pool looked very inviting on a hot day. Our room 10 had a double and a single bed. There were tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, jug, microwave, small fridge, tv, table and chairs and a comfy lounge chair. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom quite large, a good shower with very hot water. I can highly recommend ordering a breakfast. We had a large breakfast which was very tasty and more than enough for the two of us. I can't remember the name of it but was first on the menu and very well priced.

Great place to stay, very quiet, clean and comfortable. It was a very hot day when we arrived and the airconditioner was already on making the room lovely and cool. Very friendly staff making our stay extremely comfortable, Would definitely stay here again!

I loved to be able to sit in the lovely lounge chair with small table to place a cuppa and not have to sit on the bed to watch tv.It was very comfortable. I would stay there again if the occasion arose.I was also happy with security gates there.

You get everything you would expect at this price point, comfortable bed, clean towels, crockery, cutlery, a sink, TV, small fridge and microwave, and even a bedside clock. Everything was fully functional.

If you want a gleaming chic, fully renovated bathroom you probably need to pay more.

The bathroom was a bit dated and needed a refresh but it was very clean and the beds were super comfy and the room was beautifully decorated. Extremely good value for money

Great place for an overnight stay on our way to QLD. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, modern linen on beds ( no tacky old bedspeads here), nice pool. Very good.

Only drawback was not having a gate at the property to ensure security of parked cars. Every thing else was very good. Bathrooms are dated but clean and functional.

Friendly and efficient staff, comfortable bed with good linen, comfortable chairs and quiet at night. Handy to Thai restaurant a couple of doors away.

Bathroom needs an overhaul, no heating, seals on shower door shot. Fridge a bit noisy. Parking is tight but manageable with care.
