Facilities and location

I didn’t like that renovation work was being done above our studio apartment that started very early in the morning with very loud machinery and banging and hammering. I would have thought staff knowing this was happening could have located us somewhere else. I did tell them my concerns but it was not worth moving at that time. Noise was not as bad the second morning it did however made our stay not as enjoyable as it should have been which was disappointing.

Located about 3km from CBD and local shopping centre. Unless you like lots of hills, don't consider to be within walking distance of main part of the town. Across the road from Golf Course (great Bistro) and great coastal views. Room was very clean and spacious and bed very comfortable. Nice verandah/balcony looking over the pool area and a lovely sunny spot in the mornings to relax.

The bathroom was small and nowhere to place clothes unless you are happy to put on the floor. Parking spaces are small and close together, we parked on the street which was more convenient for location of our room.

Located on a beautiful area, this accommodation is very convenient with easy access to beautiful beaches and nature. This motel is tidy and clean with fantastic ocean views. You can enjoy golf, fishing, and scuba diving nearby if you want to. By just walking along the beach, I could see sea lions, rays, pelicans, octopuses, and various fishes. It was a wonderful and refreshing experience to me. The motel is equipped with kitchen tools, so it is convenient to cook. Staffs were nice and kind. It was an unforgettable experience to me. I want to visit again.

Great view of the sea out my bedroom window. Right next to the golf course if that's what you're in to (not me). But there is a nice bistro there and a welcoming bar with great views. Good walking right from the motel: 1) turn left and go down to the seal rocks at entrance to the harbour 2) turn right and walk down to a cafe at the surf beach. Rooms are a good size, with more than standard motel facilities - decent size fridge, toaster, basic cooking stuff. Very good value for money. I was in Narooma for the mountain biking. The staff we're happy for me to keep my cleaned bikes in the room, or would have provided sheets if needed.

Bit of a hike to get to local restaurants - except the golf bistro which is 2 min walk. Not an issue if you have a car. Would be a hassle if had to walk.

Loved the spaciousness of the room, and facilities were fabulous. Reception were very helpful. Especially as I left my phone charger behind and Jenny express posted it to me! Amazing achievement. A very grateful customer. The views from our hotel room were fabulous, and breakfast on the patio was amazing.

Quite a distance to walk to the various highlights in Narooma, and very hilly which made it more challenging. However the golf club and their dining facilities we conveniently located to us.

Excellent in room facilities from the full mini kitchen, thoughtfully designed bathroom, spacious bedroom living area with balcony and great ocean view. Had everything for self catering overnight or extended stay.

Very minor issues only. We chose to upgrade and the main room had 2 double beds one more than our 2 person needs, could suit family or close friends but would prefer they were in separate rooms. The fabulous seaview was also partly restricted as it was the end 2nd storey room in otherwise premium suites.

The room was clean and well presented. It was a nice surprise to have so many kitchen utensils and a good size fridge. Perfect location with the golf course across the road and a short walk to a beach. The king size bed was comfy. The room had a fold up clothesline and broom.

After a decent shower there was water all over the floor, as the shower drain was poorly positioned or didn't drain the water quick enough. The bath mat was constantly wet.

EVERYTHING. Comfortable beds, great kitchen. Super clean, nice bathrooms, awesome view overlooking the golf course and the ocean. It some how looked like Pebbke Beach. Personel extra courteous and so helpful. Helped us on where to get fresh oysters right from the farm. Where to get fresh daily fish. Great restaurants with views. Try the Golf course, real good for lunch. The walks around town. We highly recommend this beautiful place.

Our best discovery

We stayed in a studio room on the top floor and the ocean views from the balcony were outstanding. The hotel is directly across the road from Australia's 18th best public golf courses with the Club house having excellent facilities including a very popular bistro. I found the hotel a fantastic base camp to explore the region, both North of South.

It was a bit of a struggle carting the luggage up two flights of narrow steps to the top level without a lift. I would recommend a ground floor room for persons with mobility issues.

Clean room with a nice view of the pool area with the ocean beyond. Friendly staff. Basic cosmetics provided, tea and coffee makings, toaster and kettle. Comfortable bed. Laundry on site. Very nice pool area with bbq and large dining area. Friendly staff.

I thought it was quite expensive, but maybe outside of holiday season it is less so. Assigned parking spaces are narrow, but I’m glad they have them.
