Clean and comfortable

Waiting for door codes to be sent. Requested twice on route to motel and not sent automatically. Very poor. Will not book again due to this and extremely hard to contact operator. Phone is on pre recorded message on how to open the door, but no code sent. Then the message says, press 2 to speak to someone and that sends you back on the loop. Rubbish system. Only by pressing 1 did we finally get someone to talk to. 1 was not one of the options on the message to get a contact. There. Should be a mobile number so calls can get help directly.

- Great condition motel and excellent value for budget price. Stayed while in the area playing golf - no traffic or road noise at night, which was surprising given the motel is on the princes highway. The rooms are set back from the road - can hear a little bit of noise from other rooms, but was marginal and to be expected. Dead quiet from 10pm - rooms have been pretty recently renovated, it was in excellent condition for the price and was cosy. New paint, curtains, flooring, lighting - Really comfortable mattress and pillows with fresh white bedding. - Tv with regular broadcast channels (no Netflix or YouTube apps etc) - Reverse cycle air conditioner/heater - Small bathroom (like all motels), clean and hot water works great - fridge, microwave, coffee pod machine (pods provided), with cutlery and crockery. No sink. - keyless entry via pin pad on door. They sms you the access code on the morning of your booking. Process was seamless. - there’s no onsite reception, everything is done via email, sms, phone or in the Goki app, including extending my stay

The room was spacious and very clean—perfect for our family of four. We especially appreciated that the kids had a separate area of their own, which they absolutely loved. Having access to Netflix and YouTube was a pleasant surprise and kept them happily entertained throughout our stay. A great choice for families!

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the room met our expectations. However, the bathroom floors were very slippery—our son slipped, which was quite dangerous. We strongly urge management to address this issue to ensure guest safety. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

The room was clean and appointed as expected. There was good heating and plenty of room, and a very comfy bed.

Great value motel unit. The PIN number ‘self check in ‘ is very easy & convenient. The unit had all the required facilities. The coffee pod machine was also nice touch. Very comfy & ambient room with very comfy bed. Nice wide car parking spaces that you don’t often get. Walking distance to local shopping centre with both Woolies & Aldi supermarkets!

Nothing really to dislike about this property. It ticks all my boxes! One minor point might be that the electric kettle did not fit under the basin tap to fill. No big deal, I used a glass to obtain water for the kettle.

Well the room exceeded my expectations. First of all, I brought my Mum and her friend to stay at the Tree Motel for one night. The deluxe room was really big. It comprised of three separate rooms a bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and another room with one single bed and a bunk bed. Very spacious. Plus, there were lot of plates, forks cups, glasses in the cupboard. Even better there were frying pans, electric plug cooker. This is great because sometimes the lunch and dinner options in Narooma are a bit expensive and quality isn't great. So it was fantastic to be able to cook our own meals. I have stayed in many motel rooms that are much smaller and have less things in them. So I really couldn't ask for more. Also the motel manager, lent me his snorkel, so I could go to the Blue Water Pool in Bermagui. I definitely want to come back again and stay in room 1A. Please don't tear the place down and rebuild it. It is very unique and should be preserved. From Matthew Tam

Comfortable, pool, good bed

The checkin process. After driving for 4 hours I was confronted with a q code entry as technically no staff there (although fortunately one of the housekeeping staff was there and she helped me). Now keyless entry but a 7 digit code is a bit much. You would need your phone with you everyone you went outside. The code was in an email halfway down page and was very sensitive. At night it took me 3 tries before it would work. 7 digits is way too much - not a hope to remember it - 4 digits would be better. I guess if I book again it may be easier.

All the staff were very welcoming, the first day I arrived Dave knew I didn't have a car and drove me around the town, everything was perfect, a very enjoyable trip, the hostel is very close to the narooma plaza!

It was simple but all you needed for a few days. Bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and warm even on a mild day. Good location. Basically next to a shopping centre with supermarket, chemist, fast food restaurants etc. Close to the Main Street and beach.

Paper thin walls, you can hear a lot in the next rooms, could even hear someone snoring. Didn’t like that the only way you got daylight into the room was by opening the curtain which exposed your entire room (a sheer curtain would be good to have).

It was good value for a stay as part of our road trip. Narooma is brilliant- you should definitely visit it. The motel was well positioned and clean. The room was well stocked with a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cups, plates etc. we didn’t have much interaction with staff as it’s all digital, but the cleaners we met were very friendly.

The bbq didn’t work and the shower was slow to drain (it was a brilliant shower though).
