We like staying at this property and have done for the last 10 years or more. It is of good value but does need a little TLC. We have been advised that the Holiday Lodge is to receive an upgrade to bring it up to another property owned - I do hope that this does not increase the current tariff too much as it may take it out of our price range.

I know it was the current thing of Covid times but no face-to-face contact with the office staff and only operating online SMS etc does let accommodation properties down, I think. We were in town for an event and a lot of our friends would have stayed at this venue but could not make contact with the office to make a booking as their phone was not connecting to their provider whilst travelling.

My experiences at the Holiday Lodge have consistently been positive, marked by impeccably clean rooms, friendly housekeeping staff, and the convenience of keyless entry. Its proximity to town is a significant advantage, and the owners' accommodating nature regarding extended stays further enhances the overall exceptional experience. We will definitely continue to stay here again..

the communication days before we were set to arrive, we were completely updated with information on the date and time of check in , and since it's a digital password doorlock, it was more convenient to enter and exit the premises. one less door card to loose, the room was clean, and complete with the standard amenities in the kitchen , we have plates and cutleries, and hot water in the toilet was an awesome thing to have during this time of winter. well done to the new management team

Totally unplanned stop as it was getting too late & I wasn't confident in driving on to Merimbula. I'm so grateful to be able to secure this last minute! I didn't have to camp in my car, phew. Seamlesss keyless check in. Very comfortable bed. Nice hot bath. All I did was have a hot shower and crash for the night. But didn't fail to notice how lovely it was with the little outdoor seating area too. It was very clean. So much better than some of my other prebooked accommodations in other little towns.

Contactless check-in was super easy, received a test message and email with my room number and door code. Add the great price, comfy beds and good hot shower makes this a great stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean however a little outdated not that this is problem. Tea and coffee was also provided.

Nothing, the room lived up to expectations and would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheap stay.

Location is great. The view from window is so nice. (Our room was upstairs) Family room is spacious.

The heating system doesn’t make room warm at night.

It had everything we needed. They are very clean. Convenient location, we went on a seal snorkel tour in the morning and the ladies cleaning let us quickly go back in to have a shower and left our room last to clean which was really kind of them. Would highly recommend.

Well I had noisy neighbours who chatted till 11.45pm outside and then woke me up around 6am chatting. So maybe a sign that reads respect your fellow travellers and keep chatting quiet after 9pm ????

The manager Billy was wonderful and super helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed with a sink in the kitchenette which made it very convenient. And the view from the lovely balcony was amazing! Thoroughly recommend this motel., and can’t wait to return
