I think the best accommodation we had untill now on our trip along the east coast of Australia. What a gem this is! There is much to see on the east coast but if you arrive here, you really don’t want to leave. Tranquility, nature and amazing bird sounds as if you are in the rainforest. Absolutely amazing! The garden is to die for and the rooms are comfortable and clean. You have a fridge and an outdoor kitchen which you can use. The beds are super comfy and you have a small cozy terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. Definitely didn’t want to have missed this.

The hosts, Sally & Loz, were very welcoming & friendly. We loved our room - the Paperbark 5 room, which was just the right size. Our own little fridge since the communal kitchen had everything one needed. The bed was super comfy, with plenty of towels and overall a very clean room. The communal spaces are functional, inviting, clean, and well stocked - the fridge (if you have breakfast incl) is stocked with fresh food, milk, juice etc, what a treat for guests. The area itself is so calming, an idyllic pond with a large plot of well maintained land to walk around. So worth the money!! Parking was no issue and well situated within reach of the rooms. Location wise, we were a couple minutes from IGA and a Bottlemart (very important lol), 1770 only a very short drive away and we even got to make use of the only taxi in town to get to the Tavern and back.

This was our second visit and we loved it just as much as the first time. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed; gorgeous swimming pool; fantastic outdoor kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal and lots of breakfast provisions - fruit, cereal, breads, yoghurt. With only a few rooms and several acres of ground it feels (and is) very peaceful. The perfect place to relax.

Agnes Water Stays is a few km from the town of Agnes Water so you need to bring food with you or drive to town for restaurants, pubs etc. This wasn't a problem for us but is something to keep in mind. A bigger fridge in the room would be helpful for guests travelling with food and eskies.

This place is amazing. The garden with the pond is extremely beautiful and there are nice sitting-areas. The room is really cozy and the bed comfy. It is spacious and clean. We could sometimes hear our neighbours, but it was not too loud. You need a car to go to the center. Parking is easy in front of the building. Breakfast was included. There is a kitchen, which can be used by everyone and in the fridge ist fresh fruit, bred, yoghurt, milk, cornflakes, etc, which you can take for breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely room, beautiful grounds, friendly staff - a wonderful spot to chill. The property’s a short drive to the beach - and a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of tourists in downtown Agnes Water. It’s close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer - and far enough away for peace and quiet. We booked based on fellow travellers’ reviews - and they were accurate. It’s a great place to stay. Popular with international visitors, too - we met Swedish and Dutch guests during our visit.

Very nice clean units, with a beautiful open yard to chill and relax in. The pool is also great with a good kitchen area for cooking if you want. The owners are also very nice and welcoming, but also very chilled and relaxed. Leave you to do your thing but if you need anything just shoot them a message and they are there to help.

Very friendly hosts and guests to chat with, an excellent kitchen to cook our dinner in, very comfy beds, super clean, a great shower and so peaceful in the back lanes of Agnes Water that you would not know existed otherwise, I would 100% recommend to anyone and would happily stay there again :-)

A hot spa pool would have been amazing as the pool was cold, but that's being super fussy as it was all just so delightful :-)

We had a pleasant experience during our three-night stay. The rooms were delightful, and the pool looked very enticing. Having a continental breakfast was an excellent addition, and we appreciated it. The open kitchen, which had a view of the surrounding landscapes, was one of our favourite features. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

During our stay, I noticed that when the neighbouring room occupants left early or used the bathroom at night, I could hear the bathroom door closing or the wardrobe doors opening and closing. This only happened once during our stay, as the other two nights, we were the only ones in our block of two. It's worth noting that I'm a light sleeper and that the noise didn't wake my partner.

Beautiful stay in tranquil gardens. Accomodation was v clean and beautifully presented. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. If you need gluten free options they are Available too. Sally and Loz were there if you need anything but also happy to let you enjoy the stay. Pool was beautiful and the gardens were worthy of a Chelsea garden! The nature, birdsong and views from Our room were divine. Don’t hesitate to book here. We had booked for 2 but stayed for 4! I don’t usually write gushing reviews but this place truly deserves it. Attention to detail is 10/10. Well done on achieving a little piece of paradise. ❤️

Nothing to dislike at all.

We found the location hard without the helps of Google maps, which wasn't working in the area. Luckily one of the owners was there to meet us, as we couldn't dial their number due to no phone coverage. Sally was lovely and showed us our room, which was in lovely location, looking over the beautiful grounds and pond. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and modern, the bed comfortable.

Communication was non existent due to us not having phone coverage in the area. (no fault of theirs) We noticed the shower tiles became extremely slippery when wet, may we suggest a shower mat. We had trouble locking the sliding door.
