Close enough to town but very quiet and peaceful. Amazing view from our room

It is a motel so we shouldn’t expect cooking facilities and for the weekend it was fine however a microwave could work so you don’t have to use the communal kitchen if you don’t want to. The spa was cold and that would have been nice to use on a cold winters night.

Great location and position , nice pool area also fantastic cooking facilities. The property owner is very friendly and helpful, and can provide surf classes also 30 min light plain flights.

Not much to not like about our stay and the property we enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it.

Lorenzo was an amiable host, and the accommodation was spacious and comfortable, and the Roo in the garden was a welcome surprise - the view over the 1770 beach was stunning. Beach and restaurants were a decent walk/short car ride away.

The cooking facilities were in a separate place and washing up was in the bathroom sink.... not really a 'don't like' but useful to know.

Amazing view, very kind and funny host, the best entry door to the South Grand Barrier Reef and the Lady Musgrave Island. We enjoyed the 5 days to the fullest! I would for sure book it again if I would have to choose!

How close the town centre is. How friendly the staff are and easy to get along with. It was really easy to sort out any changes I made to the booking.

Maybe upgrade the shower taps and head and basin taps. They had to be turned off tight to stop water dribbling later on but we managed. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

This place was a complete surprise!! The views were amazing and you could tell the owners have put a lot of effort into making you feel part of their "family" without being intrusive. The spa bath was a beautiful added touch.

TV reception was hard to get, but didn't spend too much time trying to watch it anyway.

Such a beautiful spot overlooking the beach of Agnes water. The whole property was so clean with a very clean pool and outside cooking area surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. You can spot whales from the terrace if you are lucky.

I booked the Deluxe King Suite and it was worth the extra few dollars! The view is amazing - even better then the pictures suggest. A great place to watch the sunset and relax. The room was large and clean, and the bed comfortable. The location was very central in Agnes Water. The owner was lovely and very accommodating.

It would have been amazing if the spa was warm, instead of a cold day spa, as I visited in early winter, but this was only a minor thing. Also, while the communal kitchen was clean and sufficient, the rooms would go to another level if they had kitchenettes.

Wifi wasn't available. It would be great if we could watch netflix in the room when it was raining.

Lorenzo the co-owner gave me a call on the day to check my progress and give me check-in instructions which always goes down well with me. The room was clean, tidy and had a porch which gave an incredible view of the bay.

Bed sheets were a bit hard and crusty if I’m being honest and perhaps slightly pedantic.
