Excellent location next door to the pub - but not noisy when we were sleeping since the pub isn't open late - and across the road from the water. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a BBQ. There is a self check-in but we received instructions at 2pm on the day we checked in as stated. Very peaceful and even though we had a lot of rain during our short stay we enjoyed the peace.

TV reception is not great due to the isolation of the area. Not a problem for us but could bother some visitors. Seventeen Seventy is very small - again not a problem for us, we brought groceries and cooked - but needs to be considered.

Location, location, location. View and position in 1770. BBQ and deck overlooking the ocean. Kitchen not big but it was well planned. .Puncture on the way into Agnes Water but the RACQ guy was helpful and the tyre repair place did a good job. Thanks guys.

Bathroom a tad small, but it worked well enough for the 2 of us. Beware the roads are a mess and many folk had punctures, broken rims. Lots of rain!!! Most unseasonal?

Best thing was the location, across the road from beach where you can watch the sunset and there is a walking track. Lovely views from the windows and balcony. Next door to the pub and walking distance to the marina.

Unfortunately not enough teabags or dishwashing liquid, no cloth to wipe benchtops etc. A lamp in the living room would be lovely. The bathroom is very squishy.

We liked the location, it truly did give us a sunset view over the beautiful bay. It was well appointed, beautiful front deck with comfortable table and chairs, overall very comfortable, and it was great that a washer and drier were provided for our use, as well as the usual amenities you expect.

We didn't like the communications for accessing the place. There were differing phone numbers to call, with only voice messages directing us to call other phone numbers, rang all, great frustration before someone finally called us back. There was no office to go to. It was cryptic and therefore unacceptable. Finally an email came explaining the situation but this didn't come until after check in time. The price was excessive, but for the view, I guess you pay for what you want, we accepted the price on booking. There was no other place like it in the area.

Amazing location. Great size cabin for a couple. The front verandah is amazing. The perfect spot from the first cup of tea for the day to sundowners in the afternoon.

VERY minor issue and all about personal preference, but the pillows were too fat. Would be great if there was a thin pillow option

Location is great. Beautiful views down the passage and a lovely park across the street and excellent walks along the foreshore. Close to the Beach Hotel and Marina. Really enjoyed our ride in the 1770 LARC and we were fortunate to be in location during the 1770 Festival, which I would highly recommend.

Nothing.

Excellent location; spacious cabin with everything needed for a wonderful weekend. Driving & wandering around 1770 and Agnes Water we could not see another venue that we thought might be better. Easy walk to the marina, local dining, water activities & across the road from one of the best sunsets in Queensland.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave.

The beach and river is just across the road . Your view is partially blocked by trees . We sat down across the road and watched sunset each nite .We love 1770 lovely little town.

There is the hotel next door but the music wasn't overly loud but we were there through the week.

The facilities were excellent, having a kitchen and full laundry made our stay so much more enjoyable, the location could not be any better, the price was reasonable for our stay.

The bed was quite uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on and had a tendency to sag into the middle.

The location was incredible, right opposite the water. The cabin is really well set up with everything you need. It's right next to 1770 Beach Hotel, but it closes fairly early so isn't noisy at night.
