This was my second stay and really enjoy staying here. Love the locked gate to secure the cars and centralised location. Clean rooms tho the bathrooms could use a revamp. The receptionist is always lovely and very welcoming.

I was booked into the back part of the hotel. When I arrived the door to my room was wide open. I felt uneasy as I wasn’t sure how long it had been open for. The door wouldn’t close so I had to lock with the chain so I could shower, there was also no shower gel which I notified the reception and he brought a new bottle. He was lovely and opted to move me to another room which I really appreciated. The new room I moved to was nice but the toilet could do with a change in seat as it was yellow with stains. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

I must say this was one of best motor inns I have ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot on my travels. There was champagne and chips on the desk, in the fridge you had water, chocolate wine, milk, and biscuits which I thought was absolutely convenient as I didn’t have time to stop and get snacks. Although it was not complementary but it was a nice addition. The shower had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The wash basin had hand wash and shaving cream pump which is the first motel/hotel I have ever seen this is in which I thought was a really nice touch. I really loved that the gates close at 10pm for safety and opens at 6am, this added a peace of mind ensuring I could sleep well knowing my car was safe. The bed was super comfy and so clean. Overall one of the top motor inns I have ever stayed in and will always return.

Not so much I didn’t like but more attention to detail, but I noticed that the pumps at the wash basin could do with a wipe down as they were dirty and had build up of soapy residue, and the tissue box needing replacement as it only had 3 tissues in there so had to use toilet paper to blow my nose The cutlery were cling wrapped but still opened on the ends so didn’t use it but would be good to maybe have it a zip lock bag or something. other than that everything was amazing.

The check-in was seamless and we were upgraded to a king bed room. Meal options were offered. The motel had security gates that closed at 10pm.This made the site safer. There was an arm chair as well as a meals table and chairs.The motel was within very easy walking distance from a range of dining, cinema and supermarkets. We ate in the on-site restaurant. The steak was very tender.

Very spacious room and had everything we needed. Nice welcoming staff. In the room we were first put in, there was no WiFi and I needed it due to not having any phone reception and just wanted to let people know where I was staying for the night. We got moved to a new room, closer to reception and WiFi modem and WiFi worked well. Plenty of food takeaway places within walking distance and off street parking. There was a nice morning room service breakfast too :)

There was a power outage for a few hours in the evening, understandably not the staff's fault, but it would have been nice if they had come round and told people staying that they were aware of what was happening and let us know about the town outage. It was when it was dark and after a rain storm and we had to use our phones for light for a couple of hours, as it was pitch dark at the time.

The receptionist was friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was just right and the pillows were spot on. It was very good value for money. It was a quiet place and very well situated, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. It was my first visit to Goondiwindi, so the stay at this motel made it more memorable, I would definately stay there again, highly recommend it

Everything in the room was working fine. It's pretty clean and it was easy to check in and check out.

I could hear the phone hand free conversation (or TV?) noise from next room. Not sure if its because of the thickness of the wall. I forgot my phone charger in my room when I checked out. I know exactly the location of it but it sounded to me that the motel didnt bother to get into the room to find it.

Location was within walking distance to all we needed. Room had everything we needed for a one night stay, including cutlery and crockery. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable and maybe improved with a mattress topper. Shower was very small and taps hard to turn off properly. Room decor was drab and could do with a little updating.

great location, I didn't eat here so I can't comment on the food service provided.

Shower could do with a little maintenance as the hot water faucet was hard to adjust and noisy. Just a basic maintenance issue, otherwise room was great , bed was sufficient and all amenities were provided. Would happily stay here again as this price point.

Location in the middle of town means we could walk to everywhere. Lots of choices for meals and coffee within walking distance as well as a room service option for breakfast. Room had fridge with snacks and drinks as well as your usual instant coffee etc. We asked for ground floor rooms so we could run an extension lead out to charge our EV. Rooms are not new but clean and comfortable. We'd stay there again for sure

Big trouble booking room. Booked online & confirmation wasn’t received….shortly after email received stating booking was not completed so I booked online again and received confirmation instantly but when arriving at motel, found 2 rooms booked! Phoned booking.com & manager of motel was emailed and I was assured that I would be refunded but so far that hasn’t happened. I will not book online with booking.com again….too much trouble!
