Very friendly, helpful staff, including front counter & cleaners. Also made barista coffees and sold cold drinks. Close to railway station, which is what I wanted. Easy to walk, or catch a $10 taxi to any location. Swimming pool on site. Laundry free, including laundry powder. Very clean, quiet.

Restaurant was closed for the season. However they did have delivery options with Buffs Club (great food, very yummy) & Coffee Club. Delivery not expensive eg $3-$5. $ spent on Buff’s Club goes back into community, so worth it.

Spacious room, clean and very comfortable king size bed. Lovely little restaurant onsite for dinner and breakfast. Good homestyle food.

Bathroom/kitchenette layout is a bit strange. Only one sink which is in kitchen area, only the shower and toilet in bathroom. Feel like you're cleaning your teeth in the kitchen sink! No cups or crockery, only plastic or paper cups.

This place is a little diamond in the rough. It's all the small extras that made our stay so comfortable. Started with the friendly welcome, complimentary cheese/cracker board on arrival, well stocked coffee station with delicious cookies, silky soft sheets on the bed and aromatic bathroom products. Wish our stay had been for longer. Location is brilliant, walk into town for dinner or use the motels restaurant. Thank you, you are doing a fabulous job!

This was the best presented room we have stayed in having travelled across four states and the two territories over recent weeks. The aircon and tv remote had been sanitised and were provided in a sealed bag; the snack options were above the usual standard, and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff clearly take a lot of pride in their work and it shows.

Everything was great. The people working there went out of their way to help. Great dinners, great breakfasts. A huge thanks to the chef who cooked the best meals, even better than some high end restaurants. Dining area was very bright and cheerful and so were the people. Can't fault this place.

The only thing I would say is that it is a bit of a walk to town but is still reasonable.

It's always clean, comfortable and the guys who run it are so friendly and awesome! Everytime we come to my Isa we stay there and will continue to do so. I also live there is the restaurant and Cafe there too!

This time we twice had people from outside of the motel come around looking in our window and going through all the outside bins and ashtrays. The price is a little expensive but it is a mining town.

Beautifully presented and fresh. The sanitised tv remote and aircon controllers is a unique feature not encountered elsewhere. The staff are extremely welcoming and hospitable, all of which makes for a very enjoyable stay.

Exactly what we needed after a long day travelling in the car. It was the perfect stay for our family and dog included. Accommodation was clean, and the shower was amazing! Highly recommend if travelling with pets.

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the two single beds in the family room so kids didn’t have to share. We received a little complimentary platter on arrival which was a nice touch

Noisy neighbour with very loud TV late at night - though this was an issue with him and not the hotel

Excellent shower, best king bed for a Motel I've ever slept in, sooo comfortable, lovely room, nice and clean

No cups, glasses or plates, it is a no cook Motel as it has its own restaurant, but it is a bit over priced, so I guess they want you eating at their restaurant hence no plates etc
