Easy check in and room use. Clean and well set up. Bed comfortable, sheets and towels lovely. A colleague stayed at the same time, I saw no other visitors. (Might have felt a bit creepy, if i'd been on my own) Had a good stay overall.

There were odd buzzing noises overnight. Tried turning of the aircon, but that wasn't it. The WIFI did not work at all I saw NO staff the whole time,.. so was unable to ask re wifi or give feedback. The front door lock panel had a button that was stiff - just had to be slow and careful.

The location is perfect, very close to shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to check in using the machine and not needing a key was a bonus.

There was sometimes unsavoury smells in the hallway, probably from people using the microwave in their rooms (but my room didn't smell so it wasn't so bad). The chair was uncomfortable and probably needs replacing. A small reading light over the bed would make a nice extra touch.

In short - I feel no need to look around for other options for future trips to Mt Isa (except for the sister hotel Copper City Motel, with bigger family rooms when needed, which I am staying in right now). Lovely staff (phone reception and cleaner), very helpful and friendly. Fantastic location, close to everything. Clean and modern rooms. I was unsure about the self check in, but I have since used another self-check in service (which did not go smoothly), and this one is super easy.

Comfortable room pretty close to our transport and central Mt Isa. Automated reception, ie fill in details onto a keypad on an entry door worked ok.

It was pretty noisy around our room but inside our room it was not too bad. There was no reception it all seemed a little strange like out of some old movie but staff at the end of the phone when we needed help were very good.

The check in was super easy. There isn’t a reception so it’s all codes. It’s vey new which is nice. The rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you need. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere we wanted to go.

The room was lovely and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. Clean and neat as a pin.

The shower door leaked, so the bathroom floor flooded every time. The shower head wasn't great either, the spray was terrible.

The room was good for the price and I really love the keypad system to enter the facility and your room. And it so easy to use the self check in and out system at the entry of the building.

The soap, shampoo and conditioner used are not the great smelling or use wise. The shampoo was really harsh on the hair and the conditioner barely did anything. The walls where also a bit thin you could hear the guest next door rummaging through their closets and people walking down the hall talking. But if everyone’s rather considerate it’s fine.

We did not have breakfast. But location is great!

You must install a lift for people staying at the top floor. When we have heavy luggage, it will be a challenge for older people to lift their luggage to the top floor.

Neat and tidy. Nice and central to the city.

Not clean and tidy outside the hotel. Dog poo and rubbish. Not blaming facility for this though. Just feedback.

Affordable, clean, east check-in, great location, great service.

No access to outdoor space to air-out clothing etc. But minor issue considering overall offering.
