Great location and view. 2 min walk to the top of the hill gives a breathtaking view of the sunrise over the desert. Clean rooms and bathroom. Clean bed linen. A good size wardrobe. Comfy sofa and a big TV with a good choice of channels. Spacious for a family of four. Had cooking facilities and a big fridge. The caretaker was friendly and helpful. He keeps the property clean all the time. His dog 'Dogo' is a lovely girl, she does catch very well. She was the highlight for us. Ample parking right in front of the apartment. Hot water is good. Would definitely go again and highly recommend. We stayed for three nights, family of 4.

Nothing to complaint

The accommodation was good with neat kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the lounge room with TV was great. Housekeeping was good.

The chairs and table in the sit out area in front of the main entrance were dusty. A water jug in the kitchen area would have been great in addition to the kettle.

Great location, nice quiet spot not too far away from town. Had all the basic items. The staff were fantastic to deal with on the phone.

Could do with an upgrade on bowls as they were cracked. Also towls could do with an upgrade but other than that it was simple and basic and was a great experience.

Uncomplicated check in with the help of SMS and messages. Clean apartment with big fridge and freezer compartment. An authentic desert experience!

Wifi only available in the outside heat. When there are 40°C outside the apartment gets too hot. We still had a good night's sleep 😀.

The apartment gave us a good idea of what it must be like to live underground. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxed stay, and had great sunset views

No laundry facilities. Neighbouring apartments were quiet inside but the wifi range & phone reception meant we used them outside - and heard each other’s calls.

It's very convenient for me to have a full apartment while travelling with kids, I like to be able to cook, like that the apartment is big, easy to check in and out.

A better shower head would be nice, and a little renovation as the walls are falling apart 😬 Otherwise, all is great 👍😎

Lack of basic kitchen equipment utensils and equipment. Eg knife handles were broken. Leaking taps in bathroom and kitchen. The couch was very dirty and dusty

The semi-subterranean apartment was fully equipped with stable temperature. Kitchen and living space were spacious and comfortable. Rooms were nice and clean.

In order to use the WiFi or mobile internet, one has to go outside of the apartment, as there is no signal inside. However, as the apartment is subterranean, this is understandable.

Quiet, warm, secure and great location. Excellent views of the town and Breakaways.

Bedroom lights did not turn off when fans activated, had to remove light bulbs at night. TV antenna connection a bit dodgy resulting in pixellation but wriggling the connection rectified the picture quality. Twin bed bottom sheet was sub standard. No laundry facilities.

Nice apartment mainly underground. Cooking facilities, very comfortable bed and very clean. Far enough away from the main street of Coober Pedy but attractions around the town still within walking distance.
