I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. The complex is just gorgeous with the big main pub and the different hotel areas scatters around it. The bed was huge and comfortable, amenities great, quality cleaning and the staff were all beautiful.

I asked for a bed for my dad to sleep on the floor at the last minute but the mattress that was provided was so thin it felt like he would have been sleeping on the floor. All good though we just put pillows down the middle of the king bed. Just a friendly suggestion to maybe get some better mattresses for guests on the floor.

ONLY NEGATIVE WOULD BE THE ORIENTAL STIRFRY ON THE MENU. TAKE IT OFF. OPINION OF A FEW PEOPLE ON OUR TABLE. ALSO WANTED TO BOOK DIRECT THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE BUT RATE WAS TOO EXPENSIVE. BOOKED THROUGH BOOKINGS.COM BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER. ENDED UP PAYING MORE THAN OUR FRIENDS. WILL PUT IT DOWN TO EXPERIENCE.

Hotel/Motel was very clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy with no scratches on the furniture nor marks or tears on the carpet. Bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The hotel has a good size bistro, gaming room and a great cafeteria as well. The only downside was the noise (music) which seemed to go until very late at night and started early in the morning. We found that a bit off-putting and no doubt people who are looking to get an early night after a long trip would find it unpleasant as well. That was our only criticism, other than that we really enjoyed our stay and the town as a whole.

The music that went on well in to the night and started early next morning.

The hotel's ambiences were exceptional. Very clean super service and location was great.

Well, the bed needs changing, worn out and dips badly in the middle. Side lights were extremely difficult to turn on and off. Forget about charging for the mini bar, especially with the exorbitant pricing, do what the Berri Hotel does and make them complimentary, build them in your price at a cost price basis. Gives the guest a warm, caring feeling and enhances the guest experiences.

The location was excellent. Attending a wedding in Loxton meant I could walk everywhere.

The room was very dated and in need of some modernisation. I don’t think the cobwebs had been removed in months (see photos). There was no powerpoint near the mirror so blow drying my hair was really pot luck. Not good when you’re off to a wedding!

The room was a generous size, and the facilities included everyone one needed for a convenient and comfortable stay. Private and quiet space, with a small outdoor area which was also secluded and provided a nice view of the river.

A separate sink, other than the bathroom sink, in the kitchenette would have been ideal.

When we cancelled the hotel and transferred into the river view motel room, wonderful view and the room was large well furnished, very comfortable bed and very clean facilities.

I booked a room in the hotel for one night did not realize how sad and depressing the room was so we cancelled the hotel room and booked into the motel ,

It was a central location. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean.

Toilet did not flush well. Had to push button multiple times to regulate water...it would run continuously otherwise. There was a 'toilet' smell in our room....having the air conditioning on and the exhaust fan on in the bathroom helped. We understood it was an internal room and so didn't have an open window however, was a little disappointing because this wasn't openly disclosed to us when first booked. Upon checkout, we weren't asked if our stay was ok. All quiet when I paid for our drinks had the previous night at the bar. We very much appreciated the hospitality given, comfy bed, good location and safe parking.

Cleanliness. Easy to access. Hotel's Coffee shop. Comfy beds. Good facilities.

Something kept banging on the roof during those strong winds. Not necessarily our roof but on one of the unit rooves. We had a blocked toilet but couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or find anyone at the hotel.( It was Xmas Day) We managed to unblock it after getting hold of plunger and hose ourselves.

Pool access for the summer was great. The hotel was excellent to eat at and nearby. Fridge Ik room was a good size and had a big bench space and place to store luggage. Shower pressure was good. The view of the river was really nice.

The toilet took ages to fill and flush.
