Lovely location, friendly staff, rooms are comfortable and love the free minibar. Have stayed before and it's always worth the money and usually very pleasant.

we booked ages ago and got given a room in the main part right by the noisy renovations. 5 nights. 2 early mornings with trucks revving right outside our window. Friends booked last minute and got a beautiful room (king as well), in the newer part away from everything. Mini bar never gets restocked even staying 5 nights but stay 1 night and you still get the same free mini bar which makes no sense as the rate per night is the same.

Very modern villa with amazing views of the river. Beautiful bathroom and rain head in the huge walk-in shower. Biggest king bed ever and super comfortable. Perfect wine and chocolates gift on arrival to the villa and all access to the mini bar. Breakfast for 2 included on both days, which was delicious and exquisitely cooked. Will be returning!

The heat came down through the ceiling, as the villa was on the first floor, so had the air-conditioning on all the time. The rooms flooring is super durable and stylish boards but meant the rooms echoed. Maybe a floor rug near the sofa bed?

It was right on the river and a short walk to the supermarket. The pool was nice but no shade so during 36degree days it was just too hot to sit in the sun. The ladies at reception were really lovely and always up for a chat. The room was comfortable and clean.

No fault of the property but the people with massive boats who parked across multiple parks were annoying and entitled. There was a footy ground behind the hotel where there was ample parking for larger vehicles, that would have given everyone the chance to park near their room. The kids in the floor above were jumping around at 5:45am so that made it hard to sleep in!

Absolutely loved the upgraded riverside room. Modern, functional and comfortable. The added bonus of the in room snacks being complementary was something I’ve never experienced and was appreciated. Also loved that some of the treats were from local business ‘off the block’

We requested early check in and there were some issues but staff endeavoured to do their best to get us in as early as possible in particular the cleaning staff and Tiff on reception. My only complaint would be the toilet paper, for such luxury in every other aspect it was awful (1 ply and very rough!)

WE ENJOYED A WONDERFUL RIVER VIEW ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR. ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, CLEAN & LOVED THE 'WELCOME" PACK WAITING IN THE ROOM. INCLUDING BOTTLED WATER, CHOCOLATES AND SNACKS. THE KING BED WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. THE ROOM, BATHROOM & LINENS WERE ALL CLEAN AND FRESH. THE HAND AND BODY WASH PROVIDED WAS LOVELY TO USE. FOR A REASONABLE PRICE PER NIGHT THE ROOM WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATION. ALL THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. THE RESTARAUNT IS SPACIOUS AND LOVELY. WE ENJOYED OUR BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE. THE MENU ROVIDES MANY CHOICES TO CATER FOR A VARIETY OF DIET REQUIREMENTS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WE WILL BE STAYING AGAIN.

These are terrific villas along the river frontage with icy cold air conditioning and very comfortable beds. I have stayed here half a dozen times now and continue coming back because it's a level above other accom available in the Riverland area. Having the pub there with good meals is a bonus and the swimming pool after a hot day is a great place to cool off.

Hard to fault but for the high price I feel it should have a nicer more comfortable seating arrangements in the room and better television options, namely pay TV/Foxtel. The room is very stark.

Fantastic location in the new villas along the river frontage with only the road between you and the water. Always impressed with the bed here very comfortable and a good nights sleep when not disturbed too early by enthusiastic cleaning people and yard work. Full size fridge and freezer for ice is helpful.

Always feels a little on the minimal side in the room in terms of decor and seating the couch is pretty rigid and uncomfortable for a night in. For the money it should really have pay TV. Small complaints really if that.

The accommodation reached out to confirm some information prior to me attending (as booking.com failed to share this during the booking process). I had some difficulties on arrival as the Telstra service went down in town and I lost GPS tracking. Essentially, I was worried that I may arrive sometime the next morning. I found the rooftop of a local barn that gave me 1 bar of reception and I was able to find the hotel. It was nice to see the desk was staffed late. The staff were friendly and the view from the room was excellent, as it overlooked the Murray River. Parking was convenient and wasn't too tight, and there were a couple of wolf-whistles whilst I unloaded the car (pretty sure it wasn't aimed at me though. as there was a new corvette parked in front). The beds were unexpectedly soft and were very comfortable (surprising as most hotel mattresses are harder than Christmas with the mother-in-law). There were complimentary chocolates, chips, bottles of water, and a couple of alcoholic beverages which were pleasant. I had breakfast included in my booking and the staff kindly provided me with a nice selection of breakfast options, including juice/coffee. The restaurant downstairs also has excellent meals for lunch and dinner, as I decided to splurge my pokie winnings on a fisherman's basket. 10/10 recommend.

The door of the room had an excessively loud clicking noise when opening which would wake up the corridor. There was no sink in the bathroom as it was in the kitchen and there were very little places to put items in the bathroom. An example being that I wear glasses and whilst I showered, I had to put my glasses on the toilet or a small tile-type shelf high up on the opposite wall.

Wowee. This was incredible. Beyond my expectations, especially for $120/night. Pool view. Warm day, but very realxing and working outside with people in the pool was relaxing. The alcohol and non-alcohol beverages and nibbles, included was amazing. Cide & Beer, can't get better. And the chips and chocolates. Wish I stayed for 2 nights. Wish i took my togs too. A free breakfast! I don't normally eat breakfast, but i had some raisin toast. Really great. I usually stay in Renmark for work, but this is so great and relaxing after a long hot day at work.

The hotel is beautiful and in a very convenient location. We stayed in the villa with a pool view, which was wonderful. But we didn’t have enough time to use all facilities as we travel for work. The room was also very clean, and we received a lots complimentary items in the room.

I’d give 5 stars, but communication was lacking. We requested a 11am-12 pm check-in to pick up a key due to work travel with time limit, and our booking confirmed this via message. However, the front desk couldn’t accommodate it, so we had to find someone to pick up the key later. If you have specific requests, I’d suggest calling ahead to confirm.
