The location was exceptional. The park itself had so much, you didn't need to leave to be entertained. It was clean yet very busy and gave a great family vibe. There was so much to do!! Will definitely be back to this South Australian gem!

One particular staff at the kiosk let it down a bit. Get her some slack, being young and all. But, we missed out on several water activities because she couldn't tell us the process. I missed out on the one activity I wanted to do (stand up paddle boards) because she couldn't tell me where to find the boards. That was the only disappointment I experienced.

The location and views were amazing and there was always something to do, the people were very friendly also and I loved the laid back atmosphere.

The airconditioning in the cabins could've been better, the kids room was stifling hot, it could've just had a fan at least and I think someone should be down at the lake helping with the hire equipment and giving a few tips on how to use the equipment as I've never used a paddle board or canoe and someone showing me how to do it would've been nice and more equipment as I waited all day for a double canoe and gave up, even though the canoes had been returned the keys hadn't so the one hour hire rule needs to be enforced I think hence someone by the lake with the equipment would help.

All the facilities and the space in the cabin it was quiet a good size. Plenty of options for the children to play and BBQ areas around the park and shaded areas where good too as was quite hot when we stayed.

The children didn't have a ceiling fan,we had some cockroaches in the cabin. And tv remote will need a new one as didn't work but we just used the button on the TV. The pools water was very salty.

Loved that it was on the lake, amazing 2 x pools & splash park. Even enjoyable for an adult. Loved that the cabin we stayed in had detached ensuite that way kids weren’t walking in with wet feet. Got to property a couple hours early staff very understanding and allowed early check in when room was ready

Split system did not work properly throughout the day

The location is fantastic.. lake view means exactly that. It’s so quiet and peaceful and if you’re travelling with kids there’s certainly enough to keep them entertained. The cabin was spotless and had a really good layout. Perfect for a couple who likes some space to move around in or for anyone travelling with a family

I honestly couldn’t think of anything.. we’ll definitely be staying here again next time we come through

Facilities, view/location, sunshield

Standard 2BR unit --- A/C is installed in the kitchen that's why bedroom is a bit warm at night. Screen door doorknob should be wiped clean. Should have 2 tea towels in the kitchen or 1 hand towel & 1 tea towel. Dishwashing liquid is not concentrated. The kids pool should be clean (beside the splash area), lots of leaves sand & dirt.

Two pools, splash park, pump track, bouncy pillow and playground all excellent. Cabin was spacious, had two ceiling fans and good air conditioning that worked well for hot days. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and cookware. Beds comfortable.

Life jacket hire should be included for people staying in the caravan park. Shouldn’t have to pay extra for this. Other equipment hire was also quite expensive and we didn’t end up hiring anything extra as a result.

Loved the available equipment to hire to utilise the river. Loved the bbq facilities. Liked the park layout.

The pools were very cold - colder than the river which makes no sense. The bunk beds had very thin mattresses. The games room was sparse with everything in it missing parts or broken.

There's variety for the whole family, water activities on the Lake to enjoying a dip in the pool a while kids play on the playground and did i mention there's a water themed playground for summer activities!! Plus the up-to-date information on what is going on during Ur stay to live bands and fireworks awesome !!

There is absolutely nothing I can say that's bad.

We loved the location and all the amazing and fun activities to do.

We didn’t like how our nephew was bullied and how we were across from the skate park which stated “no use after sunset and before 9am” however there were people on it until about 3am and before 7am so our sleep was not great
