The lake views are.beautiful with seating to relax and enjoy it. The room was very spacious and well set out with a comfortable bed and extra pillows etc. The bathroom was very modern, spacious and well kept. The managers are exceptional, very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed even offering a top-up of tea and coffee as well as clean towels for our second day there. A small problem with the showerhead was quickly fixed. We will definitely return here again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

I wouldn't say the rooms were of high quality or standard, but they were very clean, smart tv, good size bathroom, microwave, fridge/freezer, chairs and sofa all in the room. Modern air conditioning which worked well, and also a very good ceiling fan in the room. We booked a lake view double room, which is exactly what we got and had a sliding glass door straight out onto the lake front. There was a good sized pool and a small children's pool which were good and clean. For the price, I couldn't have got better

Smart tv wasn't connected to Internet and wouldn't connect either. Looked like there was a bar but looked empty/ closed, but plenty of places near by.

When we arrived, there were not enough cutlery and bowls in the room, but they were delivered by request - it was very appreciated

The room was exactly as it was described so we hopefully knew what to expect. It was very tidy clean room. The bathroom was very clean but could have been a bit better. We parked at the back of our unit and entered by a back door. We loved the fact that through another door we could sit outside the front of our rooms and view the lake and passing traffic. If we need to return to Lake bonney again we will certainly pick this complex again. Thank You for making our time there a pleasure.

A small amount of built up water calcification in the corners of the shower and around the taps. With the right product this can be removed. It didn't bother me but being an ex-cleaner I noticed.

locked myself out - staff were very prompt and helpful.

the room has two doors that exit outside. the key only opens one of those doors. I had the chain on one door, and exited through the other, hence why I was locked out. It would have been helpful to know the key only opens one of the doors.

The lady at reception stayed on until we got there as we were coming along way and ended up after 6pm on arrival.

As the resort only had about 5 people staying I thought we could have been in a room over looking the lake instead of at the back but that may have been the price of the room that decided that.

Loved the extras in the bathroom like shaving cream and moisturiser. Great tip for cleaners letting us know about hanging up towels if we are happy or leaving on the floor if we want them changed. Having a toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave was absolutely brilliant. Plenty of storage space. Extra pillows and blankets. Curtains blocked the sun really well. Room was so clean and fresh. The pool was great and service at the front desk very friendly. Use of a second room key was handy. Access through a back door to sit and enjoy the view and access quickly to the weekend markets was a bonus. Very, very happy.

Only thing I probably needed if I am being fussy was a small rack to hang wet bathers and towells. But I was able to still dry everything using the outdoor chairs and putting them in the sun.

Room was clean and of adequate size. Bed comfortable, shower hot, TV reception good. Had toaster and microwave for quick easy light meal.

No information folder in room giving the usual details. No info of password for WiFi. Not major issue as only staying 1 night.

View over the lake, Very pleasant relaxing. Very quiet. Nice cool air conditioning like a champ. Definitely like to come back again.

Pool was closed. I was so much looking for cool swim but typical closed I feels cheats.

The room was comfortable and had aircon to keep the room cool with heavy curtains. I enjoyed having two doors to be able to use. The pool was nice and clean too.

There wasn’t a sink or small stove to cook anything which would have been handy.
