The room was far better than I expected, the bed was perfect, ( I wanted to bring it home!) the bathroom was beautiful and the whole room was very clean. The room is situated so close to a stunning pool area with a rock waterfall, Just lovely! Even the kangaroos look relaxed. Set in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The staff member I dealt with was very welcoming and had lovely customer service.

The only very minor criticism from me would be that there was no lamp near the bed, which is a very easy fix, and the tv reception was not ideal, could get sound but no picture, the staff member did fix it for me as soon as I reported it, but as soon as I changed the channel, it happened again. I fortunately had my Ipad though so again, a very minor complaint.

Rooms modern, spacious, comfortable with nice view of green golf course. Restaurant had small option of meals with predominantly Indian menu - two meals ordered were good. Restaurant/bar area lovely. Staff lovely. Some units undergoing renovation however no noise audible from room.

More tidying and dressing of the external areas is needed to compliment the quality of the newly renovated accommodation, and bar/restaurant area. The pool area needs new chairs and cushions, and removal of equipment lying around. This was on a 32.C day. Pool itself was lovely. As facility is out of town, the restaurant menu needs more options.

I don't understand the negative reviews about this hotel. We had a great stay. Our room for 4 was huge and very clean, with a door to separate the 2 rooms. Terrace directly overlooking the beautiful park full of kangaroos and emu. The bed is comfortable, the shower is perfect. The surrounding park is splendid and the place is very calm in spite of being close to the road. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed because it was Sunday but we found an incredible restaurant in a vineyard 2 minutes drive away. Perhaps a small downside on the pillows too hard and thick.

This is the best value for money property in our travels. The room is large and clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking part of the old golf course. It was set back off the highway so there was not noise. The meal in the restaurant was delicious. It is tired looking but really for the price it is excellent value. There is a laundry for guests.

Renovated room. Roomy, and great views of all the animals in the gardens.

Due to being under staffed, room was not serviced daily. I am sure they are on the right track but having to chase up toilet paper, clean towels etc was a shame but we understood the situation.

The golf course right there where you could hire a golf cart to go around the grounds to play golf. Also seen emus and kangaroos on the property very welcoming staff also. Nice and relaxing place to stay. I would recommend for families.

It would have been nice to have the restaurant open when we stayed there to be more convenient. Other than that everything else was great. I would stay again.

The value for money The room was a little run down, but the size and the view were lovely. A coat of paint on the woodwork is all that is needed to freshen the rooms but keep room prices at good value

As I said, some paintwork needed freshening up, but the room was great value. I would suggest a spoon or wooden stirrer to make coffee. It was hard to stir my coffee with no spoon.

Location very quiet and easily accessible. The room we had was much bigger than anything we’ve experienced for same price elsewhere. The driveway in and out made us feel very regal. Even more Beautiful we imagine in autumn 🍂 The wildlife out on the golf course.

Warm welcome by staff and arrangement of dinner before I arrive as I requested it because when I was arriving all places were getting close by the time.

Aircon was not working properly even the reception staff tried to fix it but still I was feeling warm temperature Inside the room.

Situated well off the busy road this stay was an oasis of peace. The room was large, the bathroom clean and the shower hot, a traveller's delight. We had a meal at the restaurant and it was very enjoyable making for a relaxed evening.
