Excellent accomodation, park very clean & well maintained. All staff were lovely & always let on as they passed by. Great options for the kids & they loved having all the different activities - we didn’t have to move out of the park!

Only problem we encountered was the false lawn in the pool area was uneven causing one of us to fall, we didn’t inform the pool staff but they informed it was due to the recent floods - which is understandable but this area could be repaired.

The place was absolutely great for families. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We cannot ask for more.

I would have given it 10 stars, but as with the same review with others, we are unable to connect with the internet provided. The spa also might need to be a little bigger since there are heaps of people who would like to jump in at the same time.

I liked the cabin - it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen suited us and it was nice to sit on the verandah The staff in reception were lovely and the yard staff friendly

I was totally surprised the reception staff were nice because the few times I spoke to someone on the phone - they were abrupt and not so friendly. We were not happy with the couch in the cabin…unfortunately not very comfortable and I’ll know next time to ask to be near the pool..I swam a lot but it was a bit of a walk for an old girl like me 😆 Not your fault - but a man walked into the pool to almost waist height and proceeded to take out his privates and wee in the water 😳 then went to play with his children. Good example. By the time I got out to wrap a towel around and go to report him..he was out and walking away.. As I say - not the parks fault but I didn’t go back to the pool after that

We had been given a beautiful cabin with an amazing view of the river. Amazing staff,they went out of there way to make our 30th wedding anniversary special. Everyone is so friendly. Beautifully kept gardens and pool. Activities for everyone to choose from. If your wanting to get away,you definitely have to come and see for yourselves and support the park. It caters for all ages and very fun and safe for your children to have a fantastic time. If your wanting a romantic getaway like we did it caters for that too.

I can't fault anything about the big 4 caravan park at Renmark,part from the mattress being a little hard for us.

The kids loved everything. Mum loved the kids being happy and entertained Facilities where perfect. Pool amazing. Staff delightful. And the Tim tams in the fridge was the perfect touch to welcome guests

Jumping pillow not in use but assumed it was due to local conditions and out of park control. As a first time guest I unfortunately arrived late and it was dark. I'm hopeless with maps and struggled to find the cabin at first as it was very dark but upon my stay I noticed the bugs attracted to the light so best it not be well light up. Once I was familiar with the park I had no issue finding anything at night.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable, great to be close to the river and see the wild life.

Not much room to move in the bedrooms. The TV's weren't programmed to the same stations, started watching a show in the main area, was going to bed to finish watching and couldn't find the stations,(but it wasn't a big deal for me but could be for other people).

Location by the water, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, great communication and friendly staff

Bathroom a bit squeezy, but still modern and shower was hot and good pressure. Lack of information booklet for park and local area

We have stayed here before, but not in a cabin, found it very good, a pleasant change. It was well equipped, plenty to do in the park. It was good you could order something for dinner

An enclosed area to wait for the courtesy bus maybe? it was very cold waiting outside!

I had three bedroom lakeside so it was very nice and had everything I needed. Good water pressure. Good cooking facilities My daughter loved the bunk bed Stunning setting with gorgeous ducks Games room was great too Pool area was great Definitely will come back

There should be signs or something in welcome pack to say not to feed bread to ducks as it is not good for them and everyone does. It is a little pricey

The view was spectacular. It was very clean and well kept. The staff were very accommodating. It was peaceful.

Sometimes the ducks were a bit too friendly and they would do poo on our front deck. We would just pour hot water over it.
