This was a wonderful place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the area in and around Berri. The Shack was so clean and spacious and well laid out and it was wonderful to have a super comfortable king sized bed. These shacks are just a short walk or a short drive to The Golf Club Tavern and the Berri Hotel, both of which serve great, well priced meals. Staff everywhere were very friendly and helpful. The shacks don't have a washing machine but a quick drive into the town and it's easy to find the very clean and really well equipped local laundromat. Coles, Woolworths and Aldi in the town make shopping easy while you're in Berri and the Riverland has an abundance of things to do and see all within a short drive. We loved these shacks and will definitely go back for another stay there.

The room was exceptional. It was very clean and well maintained. The thought that has gone into this room in what it had to offer was excellent.

The only fault was that we were there for five days. Being called a shack I would have thought there would have been a minimal kitchen where meals could be prepared. We soon learnt to cook eggs in the microwave. Also there in no facility within the Par 5 to be able to do some washing or even iron. The trees came in very handy to hang washing. The only thing that I would say about the area is that if you are not into wine, there are very few tourist attractions.

Very comfortable chairs at the table inside. Excellent shower. Very pleased to have a nespresso coffee machine in room. A lovely outdoor seating area. Excellent choice of pillows. Great to have a good size coffee mug. Excellent size bath towels.

The bed was far too soft. Didn't have a large plate. No dish rack to put dishes on when washed. A blind in the bathroom might be a good idea to block out sun. No soap holder in shower. No can opener or scissors.

Very clean and comfortable. Good facilities and nice view.

I received two emails (from Booking.Com emails) and a text message prior to my stay asking for a range of compulsory personal info, including photo ID, email address, phone number and credit card to be completed prior to my stay. I did not complete this info as I assumed it was a scam, as much of it was already in the Booking.Com system, and I had already paid for the accomodation. It would be good if the property ceased these requests given it appears to be unnecessary (not sure why someone wants me to upload a copy of my photo ID!).

The shacks are great. Great layout. Modern and new and perfect for a getaway. Very peaceful surroundings. The bed was super comfy and the towels were luxurious.

Only thing I would change is having curtains or a way to block out the light coming in in the morning from top of apex. The blockout curtains are great on the main doors but this has no impact when the sun comes up. I love a dark room to sleep in. This is only very minor by the way.

Location good for our needs. Local - Big River Golf and Country Club in Berri(short walk to dining room) available for meals. We had an evening meal with good choices and very tasty)and helpful staff. Dining room overlooks golf course. Used own vehicle and parked close to booked room entrance. Studio room spacious. View to garden and golf course.

Could have stayed longer.

Well designed, fitted out extremely well, pleasant decor and very clean. Bathroom exceptionally spacious and fabulous bathtub. Complimentary nibbles and bottled water a pleasant and welcome surprise, particularly given the nibbles were locally produced.

The meals we had at the tavern were sadly overcooked however the flavours were good. Passed this information on to waitress who accepted gratefully to pass on to chef.

Loved the decor , large shower , big TV and super comfy bed , pillows and large towels! Outdoor area well designed . Loved the little touches including complimentary jar of dried fruit & nuts . Staff & cleaning lady was very friendly 🙂

Fridge didn't seem to be that cold . But overall we were super impressed !!!

In the advertisement it sound that the pool was near the accommodation but it was on the other side of the golf course and there were birds in the pool and there was bird poop in the spa and pool placing plastic Owls around the pool may keep the birds away or build a indoor pool
