Wendy and Peter are excellent hosts who made me feel very welcome. It must be hard work keeping their hotel and motel looking so good, but somehow they manage it very well. Being a country Hotel Motel, you tend to think the rooms will be on the worn and weary side, but nothing could be further from the truth. My redecorated room was compact but very stylish and welcoming, and I could park right at my door. A continental breakfast is included and you can ask for bread if you want to make toast in the morning it had everything you expect in a modern motel room. My bed was very cosy, and the bathroom was very bright, clean and functional. A huge bonus is being able to dine at the Hotel's large and attractive bistro, complete with al fresco tables on the balcony. The menu is quite extensive and the food well cooked and satisfying. Corryong is a very pretty town, and an excellent stop if going north to the Snowy or going further south into Victoria. The scenery on the way in or out is stunning. Would I stay at this motel again? Most certainly!

Nothing really. Everything was fine, and greatly exceeded my expectations.

The room was comfortable, clean & modern. Friendly staff & the bar / bistro was open for lunch and dinner every day. We enjoyed trivia, but gave karaoke a miss. Beautiful view. Great location - 5min walk to the Main Street.

The front wall of the room was wafer-thin with big windows. Tables & chairs are outside each room & since this is a hotel/motel, every night other patrons would sit outside and talk/laugh after the bar closed. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue, except the sound traveled into the rooms so easily.

The Corryong Hotel Motel was a home away from home. Clean, comfortable and close to where we needed to be. The staff were helpful and friendly to the requests we had. Having the bistro was very handy after a day’s outing. I highly recommend the stay and would come back again.

Great example of a no frills country motel and the room was excellent. Breakfast provided in the room. Good value for money and would stay again just for the simple Aussie country experience of a quintessential country town motel.

Simple little room with everything you need. Nice and clean and a comfortable bed. Safe private parking. The staff were friendly and accommodated our late arrival. Slept very soundly here.

Walls were quite thin and you could hear neighbours. But wasn't a problem for us as everyone was reasonably quiet. Bathroom was a little rickety and outdated but still fine for the price.

Check in was really easy. The room was ready even though we arrived early. The room was spotlessly clean. Exceptional value. Pub food was good but huge serves! Rebooked for return trip.

Absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel/motel. It's pretty basic but we'll priced, clean, comfortable and welcoming.

The bed was on a small step, which was a trip hazard. Needed a mark on it as it was carpeted in dark grey the same as the rest of the room

Room was clean and what was required with everting supplied such as linen etc, dinner was great enjoyed our meals and breakfast was enough when travelling. Would stay there again if over that way.

Great location from which to explore the area. Basic but comfortable motel style accommodation. Pub has an excellent bistro. A continental breakfast was included. Facilities were clean and the staff were friendly.

We ate at the Hotel sitting outside on the large deck - it was perfect for what we wanted. The food was excellent as was the view.

There is a change in the floor level to get to the bed - this step I think should have a white area between the bottom and the top whereby the carpet is removed from the step.
