The location was superb just in front of the Ski lift systems for the Chair lift, Bubble lifts, and v close to the town 1-2 mins walk. Our rooms were also positioned by the side entrance so we could go outside onto flat ground and walk into town and back. The Pub was open and we had a great Steak & Salad. The Hotel was good but not super luxury is good for a few nights (3-4 nights) it was clean and they have done the best with it.
There are a lot of stairs in the Hotel we were on the 3rd level and they helped us with the Luggage which was very kind but if you are over 70 years it is quite hard to get up and down all the stairs - in my opinion they need to put in 1-2 elevators for the upper floors I know this is a big expense but it is worth it.

Very conveniently located, clean, comfortable beds, big towels, easy to park, little fridge and freezer, lots of glasses and teas, buffet breakfast very good and lots of variety to suit everyone. You can leave your cycles in a specific area inside. Quiet rooms. The corridors are very large. Cosy and spacious lounges near the reception.
While I understand it is typical mountain accommodation, it is a bit small (we were two adults and one child). While the rooms are clean and comfortable, they could also do with a reno refresh at some point. The room gets a bit warm during the day but cooled off by the evening.

I wasn't expecting such a small room for the price - but location, location, location lol. It also had some lovely lounge and sitting areas as an option. It was good to have windows that we could open for fresh air
The walls and ceiling were thin so noises from others in the building were a distraction. We didn't have any shampoo in our room and as we usually bring our own muesli for a light breakfast, we were disappointed there were no bowls or spoons. We drive an EV and unfortunately the hotel only had a Tesla charging station and staff said they were not allowed to run any power cords (ours were all test/tagged) to our car to recharge overnight. The voucher offer was poorly explained so we didn't utilise our participation

We loved many things - the location, the staff, the room, the facilities etc. The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful! The room was so clean and tidy when we arrived and the hotel is in a perfect spot to access the chair lift to go up the mountain or explore the rest of town (easy access to the town square from every level). We also used the microwave and laundry facilities every day, small details but so good to have these on site to make the long days we spent hiking a little easier to prep for.
Nothing, everything was great. We can’t wait to come back.

Can’t beat the location, it’s right next to the ski lifts! Inclusive breakfast was great and just a couple rooms down from us which was very convenient, wasn’t much noise through the night either so we had great sleep. The room itself was spotless, no complaints there!
It was right next to the outdoor area where they had live music from the early arvo till 5pm ish, so we had people right next to our windows. Not a big deal since it ended early in the evening so it was quiet by the time we wanted to relax and wind down :)

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. There is no lift facility, the only thing I wasn't comfortable with as I had bad knees and big suitcase. However, the staff cheerfully help me to take my large suitcase up to the 3rd floor and bring it down to the reception when I checked out. After all I am very happy and satisfied with the service they gave us. Well done.
No lift available, and its not good for people with bad knees like myself. Unfortunately I only have the room available at the 3rd floor.

Great location and a 5 minute walk (if that), to the chairlifts. Comfortable rooms, simple and functional for what we needed. Location to the village and restaurants. Helpful staff all round. Even helped me by scraping the snow from my windscreens on departure. Just a perfect snow holiday.
Breakfast was ok but a bit of a greasy spoon with constant empty buffet. Not a biggy but you’re paying $29 per head so would expect not having to ask whether there was more bacon/eggs/juice on its way. I think to be fair they are understaffed and they were friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety. On site lunch and dinner options were also good, we tried the Local pub, Japanese, and Pizza , all were excellent with Japanese being a stand out. Rooms were always toasty warm, beds very comfortable with good support for sore bodies after skiing. Perfect location to get to ski lifts and other activities. Live music in the evenings by the fire and kids movie night were also lovely , unexpected bonuses. Staff were very helpful and informative for complete newbies to skiing
We didn't stay long enough ! Rooms got a bit too warm over night. Lots of stairs and no lift were a little inconvenient for handling luggage , but not a huge deal for us. Might be hard for some people to manage, but booking first floor would help with that

The hotel is very nice, very clean, friendly staff. The room was perfect for 2 people and you also have very nice pub and warm meeting area to enjoy in the afternoon. the Location was perfect very close to the lift and to the ski rental service. You have lockers and space to leave your equipment overnight. We also have parking available. You have few restaurantes and pubs around for dinner as well as a restaurant in the Alpine hotel with great breakfast service.
Entertainment in the room quite poor. Tv with limited channel options, it seemed like a smart Tv but you can't connect it to internet so no many options in the room. It would be great to have access to YouTube or to connect your netflix account to it.

Cosy room and facility and close to everything
Too many stairs and no lift access. On arrival I said we are here to check in. The male on reception thought I said something about a cabin so sent me to another hotel without properly checking which was a big inconvenience...the other accom even confirmed we went to the right hotel in the first place as they were able to see our booking on their computer so provided the right level of service. Although Alpine Hotel apologised <and mistakes happen> its something that was easily avoidable....not a great start...
