Comfortable, clean exhaust fan in shower toilet area. Microwave, kettle and toaster with minimum crockery and cutlery. Parking directly infront of room.

Only one hand basin in main room. Not a criticism of the motel but worth mentioning the inconsiderate contractors leaving early and leaving work vehicles idling for over 20 minutes. Todays vehicles and trucks do not require this. Thoughtless and inconsiderate!!

The little things… like providing dishwashing detergent and a tea towel. Wifi was fast too! Many places I have stayed overlook these sorts of things…

Not the really their fault. But there were a lot of bugs flying around. I took advantage of the nice evening and had dinner on the porch. Left the door open and returned to a bit of a swarm (haha). Again the situation was saved by what was provided in the room… BUG SPRAY!! Thanks

Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably clean. Comfortable bed. Lighting & reverse cycle very good. Close to venue we were going to. Easy to find. Liked hand basin outside of toilet & shower.

Scuffing along skirting board. Shower didn’t drain properly while using it. Reported & it was going to be dealt with. Everything usually very good.

The room was clean, the bed was good enough or my one night stay, the shower worked well, with instantly available hot water and the reverse cycle air conditioning worked well. I arrived earlier than expected, but the manager was receptive and friendly. This motel is fairly old, but is obviously looked after pretty well. The grounds were neat and the parking plentiful, allowing me to park right outside the room. There were plenty of towels, the sheets were clean and although the bathroom was on the small side, there was room to move.

When you book at a lower priced motel, you expect to have to have to make some compromises, but this was better than I was expecting. The TV was not the best, but that was not the reason for my stay, so it didn’t matter. The room wasn’t big, but adequate for my overnight stay.

The linen was very good, the beds were comfortable. Mostly good overall.

Mostly good, though it was a bit noisy in Room 9 during the night (I presume due to the Hot water system coming on and off - clicking sound every few minutes - situated at the back of this room). Thanks.

Was allowed to check in early as I wasn’t feeling well, lady at the front desk was very helpful. Room was clean & shower was excellent, although it took ages to drain.

it was clean and the receptionist was amazing and very good and welcoming highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Hamilton. After we just had a horrible experience at Halls Gap this place saved us!

Great location! We booked in for a night on our way to South Australia and very much appreciated a clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were accommodating for our late arrival and made time for a chat about the local area

older style property conveniently located on the edge of town. Very polite staff. would definitely stay again.

Only issue was needed to fill kettle up in sink had to tip it sideways to fill it up.

conveniently located as you entre Hamiliton from Dunkeld or Penshurst, in a very quiet location only a couple of minuets drive to the centre of Hamiliton and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave.
