Simple directions to follow for arrival, as host was unfortunately not available, this was explained to me before arrival. Host was so very helpful and was contactable by phone if required. Quaint lodgings, private, and quiet surrounds.

I was left to myself, and had a very pieceful overnight stay. Late check out was available, breakfast basket with delicious fresh pain au chocolat, yoghurt, fruit juice and fresh fruit and coffee vouchers for the Old Bakery, was a delightful inclussion. This was found outside the door of the room in the morning.

We loved all the breakfast items and the bonus coffee vouchers to use at Dunkeld Old Bakery. We visited the bakery everyday it was open and brought extra items for our lunch. We loved the view and the extra blankets. We have an amazing time, thank you for the lovely stay!

There wasn't anything to clean the mugs after use, but I didn't mind using the hand wash and my hands to give them a quick rinse after each use. No problem! If we explore the Grampians again, we'll be back!!!

This is a hidden gem, lovely grounds and close to nice walks, beautiful view. Eda is a lovely host and very thoughtful with advice, early breakfast and friendly. Kangaroos arrive in the late afternoon for a drink, scratch, lie down under the trees. We enjoyed our short stay very much, as did our dog. Sitting out on the deck, enjoying a glass of wine and admiring Mt Sturgeon is a fine way to spend a pleasant early evening!

The bed was so hard, I had to fold the doona in half to use as a mattress topper.Was expecting a cooked breakfast from a B & B, so a little disappointed with juice, croissants, yoghurt and fruit. Need a table and chair in the room to eat.

A lovely cottage with country view which we enjoyed having a cup of tea on the veranda. The included breakfast was a basket of fresh croissant from the local bakery, juice and yogurt. There was also a coffee voucher for the bakery which we redeemed on our way home. The host wnet out of thier way to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Our host was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival and the room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom products are particularly nice and the continental breakfast provided on a tray outside our room each morning included some delicious pastries from local eateries with complimentary coffee vouchers, although there is a perfectly good coffee pod machine in the room too. The private entrance and little deck with chairs is nice and I can imagine in warmer weather sitting out in the evening with a glass of wine would be great. We stayed in Dunkeld to be close to the Parker Street Project for our Wedding Anniversary dinner. The dinner itself was overpriced and very disappointing but the rest of the town was very nice with a couple of good cafes being Izzys and the Sturgeons View. The Dunkeld Garage Gallery is definitely worth checking out if it is open and the various plaques around town give a wonderful insight into the long history of the town. Everything is a 2 minute drive or easy 10 minute walk away.

From a purely personal point of view I found the mattress firm and unforgiving. My husband wasn't bothered so just a heads up to anyone who is used to something super comfy. I believe there is also a lounge area but we didn't feel like we could check it out (maybe still a covid issue?). The occasional chairs in the room are not overly comfortable so it would have have been nice to sit in a sofa by a fire or something in the evening if there was one? Especially as the town did not appear to have a pub open in the evening either.

Well located just a few minutes from the centre of Dunkeld. Welcomed by Eda via phone before our arrival and by Craig and friendly canine companion Rose on arrival. Comfortable and clean with ideal light breakfast as we had dined at The Parker Project in the evening and lunched at the Bunyip Hotel, in Cavendish, the following day. Both excellent choices!

The owner was very friendly and kindly helped us plan our day trip through the southern Grampians. The room and bathroom were spotless and had lovely quality toiletries. The breakfast basket had fruit, fruit juice and fresh blueberry muffins.

Coffee maker needed a clean out. Some form of heating in the bathroom would have been good.

Our stay at the Grampians View B&B was delightful. Eda’s super helpful- She gave us Grampians Peak Trail maps and tips for the best walks. We really appreciated the personal touch

The area is just fab, only a couple of minutes pf walking distance to the town centre through an amazing park, serenity, privacy, brilliant view from inside as well and outdoor area is spacious and the rooms are decent sized. The host is lovely.
