Everything. The room had all the facilities. The room had a double bed and single bed with electric blankets. The bed was so comfortable and supportive. Heating/air con plus a separate electric heater if needed, toaster, kettle, coffee, tea & biscuits; bowls, cups & cutlery. Great water pressure in the shower. Having the Cafe and restaurant with the hotel motel accommodation as well made it extra special. A lovely place. I'd definitely recommend the Caledonian & The Cally to everyone. It has been the BEST I've stayed in of all the range of accommodations I've stayed in all over Australia. Fantastic experience. Close to a petrol station & other shops/cafes in the town. Staff & atmosphere in The Cally friendly, funny, helpful, relaxed. Much like being in a big family. Wonderful.

No microwave, but most motel accommodations now don't have microwaves and rarely is a toaster supplied even if there is a cafe/bistro/restaurant attached, so it was a lovely surprise to have a toaster. A small microwave would be lovely even to help with travellers with medical issues & havjng to heat food or soup to take with medication at odd times of the night as I had to provide for my now late mother diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia whilst on our road trips. It did make life easier for me having one in a motel room.

Nice easy to find location within easy walking distance of the main town and easy to drive to other locations of interest. I came specifically to visit the art gallery. The motel had a fridge, toaster, plates etc which would have been beaut if I had stayed longer. Everything was clean and tidy. The motel/hotel had a live band (On Saturday night anyway) which you could have enjoyed if you liked their style (I was too old to appreciate it) The bistro was good and I enjoyed my meal :) Staff were very helpful and courteous :)

The carpark had some very large potholes which needed attending to. Inside looked like it needed a bit of a touch-up. A can of paint goes a long way!!

The best thing about the hotel was value for money. Really budget friendly stay considering it was peak summer season. For a one night stay it was perfect and very convenient. Staff were helpful with check in and they also brought the food we ordered to our room. Place was not new or spotless, but was neat and tidy and had all amenities mentioned. Had convenient parking in front of the room.

Great bar and bistro. Meals and drinks great quality at a great price. Rooms very old and bathroom a bit too cold for winter, but very cheap and very clean.

Bathroom needed a bit of heating. Lock on front door was a bit dodgy and felt like it had a few break in attempts. But all fine, just didn't leave anything of value in the room.

Great location, friendly staff member that greeted me when I went to check in.

The bathroom floor was very slippery, could do with a update. I slipped twice just walking in there thankfully was able to stop myself from falling both times!

Price, location, friendly staff, proximity to town centre (walking distance), close to major retailers. The food at the pub was excellent and well priced. Off street parking and no noise heard from adjacent road or pub.

A shower screen/curtain would of great

Location. Bed very comfortable. Room spacious and hot showers.

Bathroom very old. Bathroom door could not be closed. Orange tiles stained in shower. Shower curtain had mould. Air-conditioning very noisy and rattling. Bar fridge unbalanced.

We were able to walk to the restaurant for dinner. The meal was great, service was great and very quick. The beds were comfortable too.

Room was big. Plenty of light, bed was comfortable. Walking distance to the city shops and we didn’t have to go far for dinner. Right next door! $100 was pretty good price for a night

No shampoo and conditioner only soap and the cushions were a bit too Soft
