I will most definitely be staying here again. When I arrived to check in, the staff were so helpful and friendly. I was given Room 2 and considered it a 10 out of 10 for me. The room was immaculate, clean and tidy. Bed was so comfortable I literally fell asleep as soon as I dropped into it. Shower pressure in this Room was perfect!

The bed was great, a nice firm, even bed, not a soft saggy old broken down thing like a lot of motels have. There were plenty of pillows of various kinds from soft to firm, making it easy to choose a comfortable option. The room, although small, was fresh and clean with ample facilities for a budget motel.

The only down side was the 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls in the room.

The room provided every thing I needed and was very clean. I liked the electric blanket on the bed.

Some information provided in your room about the local area would have been helpful. Also, some information provided about the motel itself. Some milk too would have been appreciated.

We stayed for 1 night, with 3 young kids and it was nice. The room was clean and well maintained, the beds were very comfortable. There is an elctric kettele and micro. The location is good in Hemilton, close to nice views and a playground for kids, few minuets from shops and gas stations. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place was decorated for christmass which was lovely. Free parking of course.

The Wifi is free but very slow and there is no kitchen or sink, only in the bathroom

I had an issue with my car and was able to arrive quite late after check in time. I really appreciate the support with the settlement I got from the staff. And it looks like the Motel had a recent renovation because everything was like new. I can definitely recommend this place for a stay. The location is awesome as well.

The shower in the bathroom is quite noisy (pipes or tap whistling) but it dies not spoil the general experience

The location is fantastic, lovely to be across the road from the lake. Check in was very quick and easy. Car parking directly out the front of the room was great. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our short stay.

I'm not a fan of shower curtains! The tiles on the floor in the main room weren't too cosy on a cold night.

Location was very good, quiet but still close to main town.

A sink would of been very helpful as it was hard to fill the kettle & water bottles, only basin in bathroom.

Fast easy check-in with the very pleasant owner. Room was compact but perfectly adequate for the night. Bathroom was quite dated but was clean. Tea / coffee making facilities were handy. There was also a microwave but I didn't use it

The room was fantastic, clean, well laid out, and very functional.

The outside of the building was very tired, but the interior made up for it... you can't judge a book by it's cover.
