It was clean, the shower pressure was amazing and the water very warm. There was a microwave, plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and creamer. The fridge was great, the AC worked beautifully and the beds were very comfortable! It was also great there were so many additional bedding items like blankets and pillows. It was centrally located and waking distance to everything in Hamilton and an hour to Halls Gap! Also, I left my expensive pillow in the room. All I had to do was call and let reception know and 24 hours later my pillow is on its way here and I have a tracking number. Thank you so much for all your help! My friend and I will be staying here again when we return to Hamilton!

Everything was very clean and spacious, as you would expect. We chose it as all units are at ground level, so parking was not squashed, and luggage easy to unload. Location opposite the beautiful botanical gardens was a treat after a long drive, and also next door to a small shopping strip. The motel has a lovely convenient restaurant, where we ate well for dinner. Only issue was that there was no breakfast crockery or utensils. Not all travellers want to eat/buy breakfast in a restaurant. Otherwise it was lovely, as were the staff.

This property was well located, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We could park outside our room and overall it was quiet despite being on a busy corner (although we specifically asked for a quiet room so were located in the centre of the complex). The room was very clean and had good heating and additional bedding for a cold night.

The mattress was not very comfortable and needs replacing. Despite arriving before 5pm no one was at reception and we had to ring for instructions.

Having table and chairs. Silly, but appreciated biscuits and that the tea/coffee etc were replenished each day.

When we arrived at about 2.45 pm Reception was closed. I had to ring up a mobile no. After waiting a man came to the door and poked the key round the door pointing in the direction of our room. He promptly closed the door. No 'meet and greet', 'welcome', helpful info. Was not impressed.

Comfort Inn botanical was located in a great central area directly across from K Hub with a supermarket, liquor stores and other shops. My friend and I booked two rooms and requested side by side rooms (which was granted). The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable with all the facilities needed for a two night stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on our first morning at The Bot, the coffee was great and I was very impressed that the restaurant could accommodate my request for gluten free bread. All staff ie reception, cleaning and restaurant were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Comfort Inn Botanical.

Very quiet. Good location. Has a restaurant onsite Super comfy bed and pillows.

Tools and work rubbish everywhere outside the room even after 6.30pm. Small shower. Poor water pressure. Recently renovated bathroom. Due to lack of space shower door couldn’t open fully. If you a bigger person might struggle to get in it. A second remote but couldn’t work out what it was for.

A comfortable standard motel apartment with all the facilities that we could want for an overnight stay. The location was particularly useful for our visit to Budj Bim national park the following day.

It's a pity that all the other motel facilities (such as dining room, breakfast, etc) are completely closed on a Sunday - which was the night that we were visiting.

Room decor and furnishings were top class, and immaculately clean and functional. Bathroom setup was faultless. Bedding was very comfortable and warm. The location was perfect for access to restaurants and shops and to lovely walks.

Most motels would provide a toaster, and many a microwave. Perhaps these were available from reception, but the reception opening hours meant that at the times we needed such amenities, reception was closed. I understand the problem with setting off smoke alarms, but it would be easy to close off the areas where they were being used.

shower had some mould in the corners. bathroom floor was clean but made my shoes have that sticky feel did not try the restaurant due to its reviews, might have been unfair. had a meal at Izzy's wilfreds, must try it, excellent 👌

it had a kettle, I was able to request a toaster and there is a microwave available in the guest laundry. the location was close to everything. woolies just 2 minutes walk away. the bathroom was new and the shower was really nice

probably just the parking space was small, had a big car so very hard to park, with the tree in the way
