I really liked how friendly the staff were and how easy it was to check in. We had an issue with our toilet later in the night and the manager or owner unsure which one came to look at it, couldn’t get it fixed so moved us to another room to make sure we had a comfortable stay, very much appreciated that and it made our stay a very pleasant experience as it could of been unpleasant not having a proper working toilet. The mini bar set up was fantastic we didn’t use it but if we hadn’t brought our own snacks and drinks it would have been perfect!

Nothing it was all great. Would happily stay again if we are back in Hamilton.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with a very good walk in shower. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Ease of parking. The key ingredient was the manager. A delightful young man who greeted me warmly and made sure we 6 were in adjacent rooms and had everything we needed. When we returned from dinner one of our group had managed to lock her key inside the room. On ringing the emergency number we were directed to a key box and with a texted code accessed a master key. Problem solved with good grace and efficiency. All in all each member of the group was extremely pleased with the stay and would be happy to recommend the property and management.

For a family suit I was expecting a little bit more from the kitchenette when it comes to utensils. Also the quality of the toiletpaper and the 3-in-1 shower gel didn't make the cut for us. The checkout was at 10 and Terry let us stay till 10.30, I find this very early for a checkout especially that check-in is at 1 or 2 pm, but I understand this is pretty standard in Victoria.

Very clean, new and well equipped room!

1. We shared one towel because we didn't know other towels were hidden under the sink, which didn't seem necessary coz the rack was definitely big enough for at least two towels. 2. I love the fixed shampoo bottles rather than small single-use ones, however maybe separate shampoo, body wash and conditioner instead of using the three-in-one, coz they are really difficult to use and made my hair very dry.

It was very convenient. Good location. Comfortable unit.

Not sure about communication. Our waste bins were cleared. Not much else during our stay. Would have liked to know the reason. Would have liked the bed to have been made or the few dishes cleaned/ replaced. The extra sink tap was quite hard to turn on without wearing the water. There was supposed to be a black info book in the unit. We did not see it.

Wasn't planning to love this motel, but wow! Totally remodeled rooms. Excellent water pressure. Outlets very plentiful. Kitchenette was perfectly stocked for our needs and bonus was being next door to a Coles grocery! Just passing through on a bicycle ride, so didn't get all the potential but it was exceptional for our needs. Thank you!

Was surprised to not find any USB outlets in the room, but I'm learning that is through all of Australia, so nothing negative on the motel.
