Comfortable clean room. Liked the separate toilet. Lovely hot shower with plenty of pressure. Also liked the "make up removal" face cloth.

Car parking areas not very good. Not a fan of the shower over the spa bath plus there were no hand rails for safety and no non-slip mat in the spa bath

Sebastien is a fantastic host. On a previous trip, I locked myself out of my room after hours when I left to get dinner. He answered my call and promptly came to the property to let me in. The room is always clean and comfortable and the motel is located very close to the Hamilton town center.

Staff went above and beyond to help me, despite me accidentally booking a year ahead of the dates wanted... They moved my room, without me asking, as the aircon was too noisy in their opinion and gave me a space to get changed in, despite me being too early to check in. Many thanks, Penny

We had stayed here before under different management and the overall experience was okay. This time around, under new management, there were obvious improvements and the overall experience was very good. The manager was helpful and took an interest in our travels and views.

Comfy beds easy check in

The bright lights outside window all night and curtains do not cover top or sides so light shines in all night and although it was very clean the cobwebs and spiders in corners should be regularly cleaned we ourselves own accomodation so maybe I just super picky

Location is great with just a small walk to town if you like walking or 2min car drive. Every item needed in your room which I loved so you could heat up your own food or makes toast and having a sink was so handy too. Bathrooms were a great size. Will stay again for sure

Maybe signs on doors to advise visitors that having a LOUD CONVERSATION at 7am isn't the kind thing to do. Mayb they need to be told to close their windows. You would think visitors on a Sunday would know better. Selfish visitors can't be helped otherwise the stay was lovely.

Suited our needs for the reason we visited Hamilton. Close enough to city centre and even closer to a Hotel and the Sports Leisure Centre. Host Andrew very friendly and helpful. I used to stay at this place back in the mid seventies and was amazed at the modern transformation reno's. Next time in Hamilton I'll be booking there again. Showers, fantastic pressure and no cold water dramas.

TV remote was cracked but worked. Maybe a list of the station numbers could be typed up. Fridge slightly noisy a times when compressor kicked in but not that annoying. Lights over vanity in bathroom needed a good dust.

A very comfortable and well equipped unit. The bathroom was spacious and had the best lighting we have seen in any motel or hotel. The toilet was completely separate. An added bonus were the two comfortable armchairs. Don't judge a book by its cover: the room is much better than the external appearance of the motel would suggest.

Neat as a pin, very clean, comfortable, thoughtful amenities. Heater and lights already running on arrival made for a warm and cosy atmosphere. Electric blankets were wonderful!

Not walking distance to town with luggage but 2 minute drive was great.

It was a clean room with all the facilities mentioned. The stuff was nice and looked after us.

The option of not being able to cook but we knew that prior to booking.
