Easy Parking, plenty of space in the room, bed was good but soft. the pricing was excellent for what you got in the room also and I also liked the heating was on when I arrived. I am a sales rep that looks for 3 things, if i get these things you will have my business. A decent bed A decent Shower Decent Parking I would like to wish the new owners well when they take over and look forward to seeing what they do with the place. I used to stay here when the place was a comfort inn, and it was nice to stay after about 6-8 years.

Power points next to the bed and not behind the bed, the one on the bedside table was great. I usually need 2 plugs, this is for sleep apnea machine and phone charging. Also, the plug in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it looked unsafe room 8. Shower only had one side connected which I found weird sign saying i had to wash any dishes used made me not want to use them as i wasn't sure cleaning process was sanitary.

The room was very well appointed. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was large and we had everything we needed. The parking was close by and the view from the window was lovely

The host was friendly, however complained about me using booking.com to book the room which I found a bit confronting. The room check out time was 10am, the host noticed that I had begun to load my car around 9am and stood at the doorway to hurry my mum and I up. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that he had to clean the room, but I wanted to use the bathroom before we left, but he was in the room.

I stay here regularly and the motel is kept in a very tidy manner. The owner was friendly and helpful. The rooms are being updated and are of a very good size. The showers are spacious and fit the purpose quite well. The towels are of a good size and quite soft. The grounds are very neat and tidy. The pool is operational and every room looks into the centre garden area, overlooking the pool. The price is competitive, but even more so when you compare the room size to others in Hamilton. Location on the edge of town means requiring the car, but it is only a two minute drive to the centre of the city.

This motel is constantly improving and the owner goes out of his way to keep everything on track. We quite enjoyed our short stay.

Requested an early check in and this was no issue for the hosts as both rooms were available at 10.15am. Both rooms were very clean and very large. The linin and towels were nicely laid out the tea and coffee were plentiful and to my surprise they had fresh milk. The host could not have helped us anymore.

Grange Burn Motel has just recently got new owners and management. I wish them all success in their new venture. The room we were in was large(unusual for a motel), very clean and comfortable.

I’m sure some things will be updated by the new owners. Hopefully the reverse cycle air con is top priority. Very loud and ineficient.

Fantastic room for a couple arriving late and driving on the following morning. Shower hot with great water pressure, Room large with access to all required in a transit room, very happily surprised when we arrived at 11;30pm.

Not sure about the recycled milk container in the fridge. We get recycling and cutting down on waste. Would prefer not to have milk at all.

We enjoyed the space, the quiet and the location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we pointed out a problem to them the day we were leaving. Suggest you leave room in your car for one of the gorgeous novelty plant pots on sale in the foyer. Such a shame they can't find a chef as the place would have been buzzing with the restaurant and bar open. The foyer is such a beautiful space. We will definitely stay there again.

Room smelt fresh and clean, nice to have a room with enough space and separate table and chair and 2 seater lounge. Good parking. Room at back didn’t hear traffic on main road in from Dunkeld.

Unfortunately no chef so unable to get breakfast in am. At reception didn’t realise we had made a booking that afternoon through booking.com even though I had copy of booking receipt. Shower recess may’ve had a sliding middle door unfortunately by putting shower mat door on tiles it gets soaking wet when stepping out.

Bed was comfy and very spacious room. Lovely big bathroom. I really liked the personal touch of fresh milk and not the little containers

No privacy when curtains are opened. Would be good if they had netting curtains to maintain a form of privacy. Shower really needs a curtain or door on to stop the water wetting all the floor. A couch or sofa would be much better suited to the seating than 2 old single chairs. The chairs were not comfy or accomadating for larger sized people. Seating outside was shared with people from next room......

Great for parking with a trailer, nice and quiet, simple after hours check in. Room was nice and warm on our late arrival with the host having the heater going for us. Much appreciated!

The shower needs a door or curtain as the bathroom very easily floods with spray from the shower.
