Bed was comfortable, room was warm and clean. Under cover parking was provided. Located within walking distance to hotels, cafes and other facilities. The self facilities mean there is no need to arrive by a specific time.

Athough the bathroom was modern and clean, it could have been slightly larger. What happens with the self check in, if the area is experiencing an Internet outage or other technical problems. Didn't see a work work around solution listed anywhere. What happens if there is problem and there are no staff on site.

Great little motel offering value for money. Rooms have been refurbished and are modern and clean.

Rooms are smallish and there is no sound protection from the bathroom into the room. Fine for a couple maybe not ideal for friends. The town of Myrtleford lets this motel down - there are very few eating options and all very ordinary (didn’t have one good meal during our stay).

Location was right in town, easy walking to everything. This would be an excellent choice for all our cycling friends, good security, lots of charging points for e-bikes. Love the self-checkin and room codes, no need for pesky keys! Quiet location (i.e., no noisy trucks passing during the night like our previous stays in motels on Great Alpine Rd!

The only sink was in the kitchenette and while this worked for us, it would have been nice to have a sink in the bathroom too.

Immaculately clean. Easy walk to centre of town . Window that opens to a little garden area but a safe zone. Tea coffee facilities etc and micro wave. Easy check in. We were able to check in early and leave our car as we were catching a courtesy bus to a local winery. Over and above.

Not so much not like but felt a bit odd that there was no sink in the bathroom. Felt very odd cleaning teeth and washing hands in the main area. Shower was a curtain which meant the floor got wet so had to dress in living area. Understand and appreciate the clever use of space. Already looking to book again.

Modern and nice and clean with good bathroom facilities. Located close to various breakfast options and not too far for dinner. Excellent value for the money. Nice being able to stay until 10am before having to leave.

Latch on door on inside, just a bit uncomfortable the way it locks. Only way of checking was to go outside and try to get in without the door code. Maybe a bit more hanging space but we made do for the overnight stay.

The moment we spoke to the staff over the phone you immediately felt the warm, welcoming nature this venue provides. Prior to arrival the online check in system was experiencing some network issues and the staff at the Railway were so helpful. They keeped us in the loop and guided us every step of the way. Walking into the room you're instantly hit with the new and updated modern decor. It was a beautiful balance of the country town exteria met with a modern Melbourne Metro hotel interior. The facilities inside the room were fantastic, it made for an overnight stay so incredibly comfortable and welcoming. We only wished we could stay longer and will definitely be coming back again. It's outstanding value for money and any snow or biking traveller it's the perfect place to stay.

Not a single thing to change!

Easy electronic check-in was no problem for us 70-odd year olds. Room and bathroom were very clean, very comfortable bed. No breakfast was supplied but there's a bakery just a few doors up, so no problem.

Overall the facility is very good, perhaps the only thing I could remark on is that the rooms and bathroom could be just a tad bigger.

Look very new , use kiosk to check in..no staff involved....suit for three guests only, good for two days stay to visit Mt Buffalo and hiking...will stay again

No towel rail in the bathroom, only two robe hooks on top of toilet cistern, high up, close to ceiling, which I couldn't reach to hang my clothes or towel, super inconvenience when shower...the bathroom installed a window exhaust fan, and the window is transparent, no privacy film.

Modern furnishings. Raised fridge. Plenty storage space. Everything set out well. Easy secure check in. Great WiFi. Handy to town. Easy to walk. Parking easy. The property has an outside kitchen with cooking utensils provided and table & chairs under cover. Units on the ground floor have under cover parking.

Didn’t realise that there was an outside kitchen to use until we were leaving.

Motel is located ablock away from the center of Mytleford, but shopping, hotel and cafes are still within an easy walk. The room presenation was excellent, looked like the rooms had been freshly painted and bed linen appeared to be new and pristine.

Small bathroom and having the sink in the main room was different. Self check in and not have any staff on site could have been an issues if there where internet issues or security problems during the night.
