Sharon was lovely, greeted us on arrival and was so kind - there were extra goodies all included in the stay; cheese, crackers, biscuits, hummus, fruits, juices, the most delicious orange and almond muffin, toast, milk, a giant selection of teas and pod coffee. Sharon is an ace at hosting, thought of everything possible - all items we needed were there, including a drawer with toiletries for the guests. The studio was spacious, cozy and comfy. The bathroom was huge and supperrr nice. It was the best place we stayed at on our journey down to Melbourne. 10/10 best thing about Port Albert.

Everything! The studio (we stayed in studio one facing the harbour) was incredibly well thought out in terms of all the facilities: from the fabulous extras (welcome snacks and drinks - including Camembert, crackers, hummus etc), amazing breakfast and generous range of teas and coffee (Nespresso machine) to the bedroom and bathroom heaters (winter is chilly here), extra sockets placed bedside to recharge devices and plug in chargers, hairdryer etc… This was a quick pitstop for us on the drive from Melbourne to Sydney; Sharon was quick to respond to messages, gave us the lowdown on local available amenities given we were arriving later in the day. After a busy day and few hours in the car it was great to relax on the comfy sofa and watch a bit of TV. This was the perfect first stop on our road trip - thank you Sharon & Mark!

A great place to stay in Port Albert. When we arrived, Sharon came and welcomed us and gave us info on our unit. We stayed in Unit 3 with great views of the harbour and over to the mangroves. The unit was impeccable - great size, nice couch, big comfy bed, and a bathroom that was spacious and modern. Everything was high quality from the towels to the electric jug and toaster. And so many extras - cheese and biscuits, choice of teas, coffee machine and pods, yummy breakfast of muesli, fruit juice, toast, yoghurt and muffins. Went to the fish and chip shop for tea - right on the wharf and very fresh, just a short walk. In the morning had breakfast and went for a walk around the harbour and back around the mangroves - such a scenic walk - the paths etc are all very well kept - a lovely little fishing port. Then back to the unit for coffee and muffins in the sun. All up we loved our stay, no negatives, which speaks highly of the care and attention to detail from Sharon. And we loved Port Albert - nice views, and a quiet getaway. The whole experience, the accommodation and the area exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.!

Sharon once again has gone above and beyond to ensure our anniversary weekend was perfect, we are return guest and choose to celebrate our anniversary at boat harbour jetty and we are looking forward to many more years returning. The studio we stayed at has exceptional views, very clean and tidy, everything you need for a relaxing stay. Sharon provided yummy continental breakfast and snacks making sure the fridge was well stocked up for the duration of our stay. The information provided to us was fantastic. Wonderfully spacious with a view of the harbour. So crisp and clean. Top quality fittings. An abundance of "goodies" and treats to share. We had planned on a day trip to Wilson's Prom, but our apartment was so nice, we decided to chill, finish our books, and enjoy where we were. We loved walking around Port Albert - the wetlands are extraordinary and the maritime history fascinating. Fish and chips on the wharf were wonderful. Air-conditioned comfort when the temperature was in the mid-30s was great. Watching a late storm over the harbour from our room was a treat.

Really, there is nothing to add here. At the end of our holiday, after living cramped up on a boat on the Lakes for 5 days, our stay at Boat Harbour Jetty B&B was so pleasant and luxurious. The bathroom was wonderful!

Our stay at Boat Harbour Jetty B&B was nothing short of perfect. Located in the charming and tranquil Port Albert harbour, this quaint fishing port offered the ideal setting for a peaceful, relaxing escape. The location alone was worth the visit—quiet, serene, and ideal for anyone looking to reset and unwind. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean and thoughtfully furnished, with every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. The continental breakfast was a great start to our mornings, and to our delight, Sharon went above and beyond after we booked a second night—she topped up the breakfast and even surprised us with a bottle of wine. These little thoughtful touches made our stay feel even more special. One of the highlights of our visit was the sunrise, which we could witness directly from the port—truly a magical way to start the day. A big thank you to Sharon, who made us feel so welcome and ensured every detail was taken care of. We loved it so much that we ended up booking an additional night, and we’re already planning our return. I highly recommend Boat Harbour Jetty B&B to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a picturesque location. It’s a gem, and we can’t wait to visit again! This accommodation is in a great spot in Port Albert looking out to the jetty. The host, Sharon is lovely and very helpful. Continental Breakfast is included in the room cost along with complimentary beer (2cans) soft drink, dips, biscuits, chocolate fresh fruit. Coffee pods and huge selection of teas. There is the Fish and Chippery for eats or an Italian restaurant. No pub but the general store a selection of beer, wine, cider etc. There is not much to do in Port Albert but if your in the area, definitely stop at Boat Harbour B&B

Nothing to dislike.

It was clean, comfortable, spacious, modern and it had everything we needed or could need. There was a great continental breakfast, plus juice, yogurt, biscuits, cheese, dips, chocolates a bottle of wine and more. There was a great selection of tea and coffee. Our hosts greeted us kept us informed about what was happening and what was open closed but also left us alone giving us our privacy. We had a great view from our room of the harbour and the boats on the jetty. The ensuite was very large and practical.

A most beautiful place for a short stay. Lovely views, great location. A selection of snacks cheese, fruit, biscuits, a variety of teas and coffee. Cool drinks in the fridge. Warm and comfortable in the cool weather. Short walk to the Pier. Had local fish and chips for dinner at the Pier. Lots to see, and fun for walking about the well marked walking trails. Walking into the darkness of the night, was rewarded with the most beautiful view of the Milky Way. Stars so bright, it was a most memorable sight. Warm and kind hosts. Welcomed on arrival, and given some ideas for places to visit in the area on leaving. Thank you.

The host has gone above and beyond in providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can't think of anything that would make our stay even better. We had Studio 2 which is downstairs with one other studio above. Breakfast provisions were more than enough with unexpected additional 'goodies' like, wine, beer, juices, cheese, dips, chocolates and more, as well as home made muffins. A great variety of teas and both instant coffee & coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. The studios are fairly new and so nicely appointed with comfortable bed, microwave etc. Studio 2 is set up for disability access which is another great thought. You get limited water view from deck. The host has decided to 'retire' so I would suggest if you are coming to stay, short or long (no cooking facilities for long stays), I would suggest you do so asap as I can't imagine the next host will be as accommodating and thoughtful!! Admittedly we travelled for work, and are back again for a second stay, this time we will try Studio 3, the upstairs unit, but I would not hesitate to recommend for leisure travel. the property is centrally located within walking distance of the local Italian restaurant and fish & chippery on the water/pier (both recommended). There is a local pub in Alberton (Victoria Hotel Alberton), a short driving distance away, as well the town of Yarram, about 15 minutes away, for cafes, supermarkets, another pub etc.
