Very clean and well presented, with just occasional reminders of its age. Outside is very much of the early 70s, but owners have worked hard to maintain the place, with bbq and very updated vending machine nearby. The location to the main street of town is superb. Nights were very quiet. Beds comfortable with functioning toaster, MW oven, kettle, fridge, good AC, and bathroom. Nice to see the rooms all full, and local people staffing the place.

Not much to dislike. Kids would've liked stronger internet signal and more TV options, but I did spy a stack of brand new bigger screen smart TVs in reception ready for installation!

We booked a family room just for the night, as we reached the motel around 8:30pm, and left around 9am on the next day. The room is clean, all the amenities are in place. It's one of the closest accommodations to Wilson Promontory. There are pizza/ coffee places around, and the Motel itself can accommodate breakfast, I believe [they have breakfast slips in the room]. They have bbq facility with seating arrangement with a vending machine in the common area outside. Parking is easy. Our room had a queen bed and one bunk bed. I think, new owners are trying their best to make it better, and they are doing a good job. I would recommend it for a short stay if you are planning to visit Wilsons Promontory.

The bunk bed ladder and railings were not screwed, so be careful if you are using the bunk bed. and there is concrete slab under the table, which might hurt your feet, so we kept our luggage on top of it to avoid any issues.

Location in the centre of Foster - close to hotel for meals. Arrival was warmly received. Room typical of Motel, However they are commencing updating of units, and it should be excellent on completion, so we know where to stay.

Dark area for food preperation - this is to be fixed, during the updates, so we will be be going back at some time to test it out. Minor anyway!

Great location just opposite IGA. Aircon is working very well, quickly cool down. Bathroom is very clean, shower water is quite strong. Beddings are clean too. TV is big and very clear.

The carpet is very old thus looks dirty. Bar fridge in room 17 is not working properly and making too much nosie during night.

Quiet, close to pub for meals.

Some minor things like broken (missing) soap holder in shower, towel rail half hanging off wall, fluorescent light near bench not working, missing grout in shower, all made the room look a bit shabby. And they would be so easily fixed.

Clean, nice location close to the supermarket, some amenities for food consumption, easy check-in and -out, friendly staff

Had forgotten a sweater in the room, realized two days later and several hundred kms away, but was never contacted by the property about this

The location of the motel was great. Staff at reception was friendly. Parking size was really good.

The beds were okay. Since, the wall was exposed with breaks, a head rest would have been great. This not only for comfort, but also for safety.

A fabulous little motel with huge potential. Clean with everything we needed. Evidence that the owners are working hard on updating the space. The inclusion of a microwave was a welcome bonus!

It was convenient and the room was clean . The bed was comfortable.

There was some noise from other patrons on the Saturday night in the car parking area ( socialising and drinking) . It did end by about 11 pm though.

The location was nice and the room was very clean. Staff was friendly and parking was free.

The beds weren’t super comfortable and the window stuck open but overall it was a great value.
